Today on Hermitcraft we cook up some custom made fireworks for Hermits and check in with many of them to mass produce their own personal fireworks! We're about to reach peak firework production so will need a lot of resources for the big Cuboom happening very soon!

You should set up a "Guess the Hermit" event where hermits have to guess each other through their fireworks! Congratulations on your amazing work, especially this season. You are truly committing to emerge with super great ideas that we've never seen before and which brings a whole new dynamic to the server. It's super fun to see!
Or have a prize for which hermits firework sales the most.

It's really cool to see the difference between what colors are usually associated with each Hermit in the fandom and which colors they actually like/prefer the most.

Yeah it's like finding out that Impulse's favourite colour is purple when his entire channel theme is yellow and black lol. Gives some meaning to the purple accents on his cyberpunk skin though.

I love all the collaboration this season. With the custom horns and personalized fireworks, Cub deserves a medal for helping all the Hermits keep things fresh (and on brand)!
I mean the goat horn permit has popped of and is now the best permit to own!
Cub is single handedly resolving the whole inflaction Issue. Literally funnelling in half the currency on the server with the goat horns and then blasting it away in the coolest fashion. What a chad, you love to see it.

@@JohnnyFiction Almost felt like the samples were a bit over-engineered or something. I took it that she wanted a large ball (yellow, fade to green, with a twinkle) and a small ball (orange, fade to lime, also with a twinkle)... But I love the passion they both have for the fireworks.

I love Cubs ability to take one thing and make multiple episodes without it feeling boring. Last year it was the museum, this year its fireworks. All of them related, but none of them feel redundant.

I really appreciate Pearl being invested in the fireworks. The number of draft editions really shows that she cared about how her firework would look.

@@zephyrjmilnes I believe there were two firework permits: flight rockets (the non explosive type used for flying) which Iskall got, and one for the explosive and decorative type that Cub has.

I love how meticulous Pearl and Etho were in getting a good looking firework, whereas most other Hermits were like "cool, thanks!" :D
You should build a part of the factory dedicated to demonstrating each of the different firework effects with just white color. This would let people know what type of fireworks they want.

I love what cub has done with the fireworks and horns permits! two things the hermits wouldn't usually be so excited about but he's made them premium items. it's so fun to see the ways the hermits use the sound bite horns and all the combos of fireworks cub can come up with :)

I love how invested Pearl was in figuring out the fireworks. It helps make it feel special when the Hermits really wanna make it their own
For gem and all the other "sailor hermits" you could sell sailing flares branded fireworks and even change their item "icon" with that fancy tech you have on the server
Emergency flares could be flight 3, red trail, and then just maxed out red ball/spherical effects.
Other hermits: I don't have permits that sell good 😭 Cub: I subsidy my fireworks with 1 Stack of diamond blocks per hermit! no adiction trust me

Cub is so into these fireworks that he'll happily run himself out of business making them for everyone at prices way below cost... but I've never seen anyone go so hard into Minecraft fireworks and I dig it.

I love how committed you are to both the horns and fireworks. You could've just sold vanilla horns, but you went the extra mile with funny gag horns. And then made the whole fireworks factory, it's great. The horn shop helping to fund the fireworks shop really worked out, especially with a big project like this.
i love how Pearls segment is the longest but she has the most input out of all the hermits and it just makes the episode show how creative each hermit is towards the fireworks love it cub great job
Watching the Pearl bit was a little frustrating, seemed like this is what she wanted: - Small ball: orange, fade to lime - Large Ball: yellow, fade to green - Burst: orange, fade to lime and green Get the sun in the initial explosion, the fade is all plants. That's why 5 won, but has no lime in it.
i agree! It was a bit frustrating hearing what she wanted, and then cub coming back with something that was clearly not what she asked

i really hope he sees this comment!! this was the firework she was asking for. i tested it in creative to be completely sure, and this was what she was describing! i don't blame cub for getting a bit confused, but i really hope he sees this so he can see her exact vision for the firework, and see it was maybe a bit easier than he was making it on himself, hah. edit: adding twinkle to all of these but *not* having trail on any is very important to getting this effect right! plus, it saves on diamonds.

Cub, after the grand shop opening you need to do a Hermit quiz: 1) You shoot fireworks and the Hermit's guess who's firework it is. 2) You show the unicode symbols and again Hermits guess the correct Hermit 🎆

I would be so broke on Hermitcraft buying up Cub's fireworks and putting in special orders, including a firework display that shoots off fireworks randomly. The only thing stronger than Cub's skulk obsession is his fireworks addiction, and I'm definitely here for that! 🎆😁🎆

From Pearl’s explanation, it sounds like what she wanted her firework to be was: Small Ball -Orange -Fade to *Lime* (No trail here probably!) -Twinkle Large Ball -Yellow -Fade to Green -(Possibly Trail here?) -Twinkle Burst -Orange -Fade to Green -Twinkle

So good! I wonder if there’s a way to gamify the specific hermit fireworks to incentivize people to buy more of every other hermit? You could potentially expand the fireworks district of the games area next to Potshot. They are great indicators from far away if you know what each looks like, so they can act as shorthands, or messages, or answers if it was more quiz based…

I noticed that flight duration 1 rockets that have firework stars don't seem to hurt you when you fly. I've been using firework crossbows for a while and I often mistakenly use the wrong rockets but haven't actually gotten hurt from them yet 😂

I think it’d be a cool idea to make your permanent fireworks shop an observatory/fireworks hall where hermits can set off their fireworks in the dark, since it rarely stays night on the server. Just a big place to go to set them off against a dark background. 🤔
