Loved this interview ❤She's a wonderful actress, and I've tried to follow all of her projects. If you only know her from Skins, you're doing yourself a disservice.
Kaya if you are reading this: Organic Ashwagandha with Omega3 supplements. If you treat anxiety with Rx (prescriptions) it alters your brain chemistry and it will be dependent on it. You have a lot of Gemini energy. If you incorporate meditation (silence the mind) and yoga with your daily routine and lifestyle, it will give you great peace and zen that will be very beneficial to you.
