This sweet little chimp gleefully shrieked, while reuniting with his foster mom and dad- Jorge and Tania. Limbani jumped into Jorge’s arms to be held tight. Jeorge and Tania are the only parents the adorable animal has ever known. They cared for Limbani when its own mother rejected the ape after he was born with pneumonia. Limbani now lives at the Zoological Wildlife Foundation in Florida, but the three often see each other. And when they do, the love they share only grows stronger.

It’s actually kind of sad. Those are basically his parents, but doesn’t get to see them very often.
If only little chimps didn't grow up into incredibly strong, unpredictably violent adults. Kinda like people.
It is sad. The worst part is that Zoological Wildlife Foundation has been cited in the past for abusing animals. The animals are not treated well. It should shut down.
Glass half empty type of person? I see it as he's blessed to have found new parents after his own rejected him and now lives in, most likely, a sanctuary (food, water, shelter) with his own kind for the rest of his days... Just another way to look at it, imo.
I don't get why he can't live with his parents. I raised a monkey, just a normal grey monkey whose parents were shot, and she went away when she was 'married', she found a guy monkey in the bush, and presumably had a decent life, I hope..but I would be insane if someone took her away before she was grown..

Chimps can actually be pretty dangerous... They have a strong bite and are a little stronger than a large male human pound per pound
@@majortom1158 Of course they can be dangerous. They're wild animals, and quite brutal if it comes to it.

@@majortom1158 That's not a pet. And why can't we think they're cute? Cheetahs are cute, but they're deadly predators, wolf are the same. What's your issue with it? No one denies that they're wild animals.
@James Rhodes Yeah I know that, never said I didn't. But most people do know the difference of a wild and domesticated animal even if the animal is cute. And also, when a rescue monkey is raised, it more often than not forms a bond to their carers, so they're not a danger to those who associated with the monkeys. Like you see in this video, the monkey basically acts like these people are it's family, which is understandable, that holds true for many animals.

It's not his mom she cared for it, does not make it her mom this animal that belongs to the wild. I'm fed up with people that think it's ok to buy them or by any of these animals that belong to the wild with their mom. U have sick people that breed these monkeys Apes spider monkey's and etc. All because people think they are so cute and feel titled to own one. They get ripped away from their mom as soon as she gives birth to her babies. And people don't care how the mother feels. People don't want their baby ripped from them only to be given to a couple that can't have a kid. I'm happy for what this couple did. This baby don't belong to anyone and I was happy it was not placed in someone's home.
@@Native229 okay but in this video they FOSTERED the sick rejected animal that had pneumonia and would have died. People who foster animals don’t take them out of the wild for fun. @@ronnie-lynn I got what u said and maybe I worded it wrong. I don't like breeder's that breed apes or spider monkey's and etc. And rip the baby from ita mother. Also people can have these animals cause they think they are a lot like a baby. And spend a lot of money on clothes and etc. And treat them like they are their baby. Now if this apa was hurt or abandoned by its mom and they are taken in to be cared for until they can place them in a place like where this apa is. Maybe you don't see how we native Americans view animals. So u might not see where I'm coming from. Some people don't do research on these animals before getting one. And when they realized aa they get older they can become much hard to care for. Some end up being abused or dropped off or something. So this is why I feel so strongly about people buying apes spider monkey's etc. They should not be pets or treated like a human..And I never said these people take them out of the wild. I understood this couple took the tape in and cared for it. Till the ape was better.
