Baby Monkey Freaks Out Reuniting with Foster Mom and Dad

2018 ж. 4 Шіл.
6 406 222 Рет қаралды

This sweet little chimp gleefully shrieked, while reuniting with his foster mom and dad- Jorge and Tania. Limbani jumped into Jorge’s arms to be held tight. Jeorge and Tania are the only parents the adorable animal has ever known. They cared for Limbani when its own mother rejected the ape after he was born with pneumonia. Limbani now lives at the Zoological Wildlife Foundation in Florida, but the three often see each other. And when they do, the love they share only grows stronger.

    • I don't get why he can't live with his parents. I raised a monkey, just a normal grey monkey whose parents were shot, and she went away when she was 'married', she found a guy monkey in the bush, and presumably had a decent life, I hope..but I would be insane if someone took her away before she was grown..

    • @James Rhodes Yeah I know that, never said I didn't. But most people do know the difference of a wild and domesticated animal even if the animal is cute. And also, when a rescue monkey is raised, it more often than not forms a bond to their carers, so they're not a danger to those who associated with the monkeys. Like you see in this video, the monkey basically acts like these people are it's family, which is understandable, that holds true for many animals.

As far as "his mom was sick", this guy's friends at Myrtle Beach Safari also conveniently have 12 rejected tiger cubs, 6 every 6 months, just when the first group is too old to take pics with people....and now that their 2 chimps (10 yr old castrated males) are also too big, what a surprise! They have 2 baby chimps conveniently rejected.... Edit: the guy here is not the zoo owner, they just raised the chimp for him for a few weeks (since ZWF has no other chimps, he'll live alone. They probably have 0 experience with chimps).

I'm fed up with people that think it's ok to buy them or by any of these animals that belong to the wild with their mom. U have sick people that breed these monkeys Apes spider monkey's and etc. All because people think they are so cute and feel titled to own one. They get ripped away from their mom as soon as she gives birth to her babies. And people don't care how the mother feels. People don't want their baby ripped from them only to be given to a couple that can't have a kid. I'm happy for what this couple did. This baby don't belong to anyone and I was happy it was not placed in someone's home.

    • @@ronnie-lynn I got what u said and maybe I worded it wrong. I don't like breeder's that breed apes or spider monkey's and etc. And rip the baby from ita mother. Also people can have these animals cause they think they are a lot like a baby. And spend a lot of money on clothes and etc. And treat them like they are their baby. Now if this apa was hurt or abandoned by its mom and they are taken in to be cared for until they can place them in a place like where this apa is. Maybe you don't see how we native Americans view animals. So u might not see where I'm coming from. Some people don't do research on these animals before getting one. And when they realized aa they get older they can become much hard to care for. Some end up being abused or dropped off or something. So this is why I feel so strongly about people buying apes spider monkey's etc. They should not be pets or treated like a human..And I never said these people take them out of the wild. I understood this couple took the tape in and cared for it. Till the ape was better.

Because people think they are so cute and etc. Then these animals get abused most of the time. I bet ur one of those people that breeds them or owns one. That's why u don't like what I said. People truly show who they really are online. I see all these videos of apes spider monkey's, pygmy marmoset and many others. Why don't u come out and show yourself. Only reason people don't like my comment is because it's the truth. And these breeders keep making them smaller cause people think they are cuter. But when people abuse these animals then they have something to say. But it's ok to rip the babies from their mom as soon as she gives birth. Yet u want to run ur mouth to me cause I'm speaking the truth. Most people don't know that they are taken from their mom a birth when they buy them. And some do and even see the mom before seeing the baby. And they don't care that the mom is sad that she dont know where her baby is. Your comment says it all.
