  • He's not wrong. It doesn't matter what match, what tournament, who you're against. If you're stroking it well and potting balls you win.

  • O'Sullivan has worked out that getting bogged down in long frames of safety destroys his 'flow' when he does get in the balls and suits Selby perfectly - so by sometimes whacking the balls he ends the interminable safety, maintains his 'flow' & discombobulates Selby ! It works !

  • I might do a break down video explaining this interview. But long story short Ronnie was taking the piss out of Selby's cue action. So many digs lol just so much history between the 2 players and to be honest Ronnie has always been quiet when it comes to talking smack about Selby because he absolutely respects him.. he published in his book how great Selby is so that's just facts. But on this occasion Ronnie just has had enough. He went in deep. When he mentioned boring and chipping away he was referring to when Selby won his first world title. In that final he was as boring as it gets. I think he made 1 centry frame in the world snooker final.. the only way he could beat Ronnie was to take zero risk. He layed every snooker possible after a 60 break it was torture. Cue action he kept repeatedly saying as a resemblance to Mark's head shaking constantly. Too much to list in a comment so I'm very tempted to go into all the history and break down each sentence. Would be fun and entertaining maybe? Like my comment and if I get enough interest I'll do it.

    • No, it’s fine, for the simple reason that your comment wasn’t long story short, it was long-winded and secondly because it’s not true that O’Sullivan was taking the piss out of Selby’s cue action.

  • I don't know how you run 138 points with a bad cue action, but the fact is, Ronnie was dead on, snooker is mostly all about cue action, without it it can be torture to play. every good snooker player knows that that's why we practice and practice for hours on end.

  • Ronnie O'Sullivan tonight in his post match interview, he sounded like the personal space man on Rick and Morty. So funny, win the final for us on Sunday mate! Then answer every question pointing out your cue action and how you don't have one?! Amazing Hey, welcome back to cue action! I'm your host, Ronnie o'sullivan, and let me tell ya... I care about my cue action... Wow, wow, hey! Who's around me right now?! Who's taken my cue action?!... Now why don't we step up here and everybody get stepped up, and let's get some stepped up cue action up in this place! Here we go. We get a one: cue action. Two: cue action. Three: stay away from my cue action. Four: keep away from my cue action. Five: get out of that cue action technique. Six: stay away from my cue action. Seven: keep away from that cue action. Eight: cue action. Nine: cue action. You know, I take cue action pretty seriously. Up to the point that I don't even care about this... I'm not even interested in having my leg close to the snooker table to feel centred. Tune in next week to the best show ever. The show we all grew in love, the cue action Show...

  • Ronnie has become fixated on his cue action,it's in his head so much it's actually making him play bad,he has the best natural ability the snooker world has ever seen,he does not need to find perfection,he already has it,look what he did to Selby when he played his own game,that's perfection in itself,him being himself,not being head fked by a book..

    • That is because he got his cue action

      @SsickMusic@SsickMusic3 жыл бұрын
    • I think that's not the point. The truth is that O'Sullivan doesn't care that much about trophies and records anymore. He just wants to enjoy playing snooker, having fun like kids who don't care so much of the final result. That is the true meaning hiding behind his words. Anyway I'm very glad he is winning his 6th world title this evening :))
