Although some say, I'm just admiring what you can do with a rotten engine and four screwdrivers while for many "more civilized", they would need the machine that goes well with the necessary products that cost much more. Great restoration, good work, I noticed you use sealent then gasget then some more sealent, that's what I do too, I find it works better than just gasget, better than having to fix a leak later

Xin góp ý cùng bạn trẻ, bạn nên rửa bằng dầu lửa trong 1 cái thau, rửa bằng nước (?) rồi xả thẳng xuống cống, sẽ gây ô nhiễm môi trường. Tôi thích kênh của bạn.

There was nothing done to the engine but a general clean-up. No new piston rings, no valves ground, which are always problems found on old Japanese motorbikes.

So refreshing to see the opposite of the throw away culture of the western world but....... 1. 1st stage of any engine disassembly...........clean the outside of the engine cases!! 2. NEVER split a casing by forcing a screwdriver between them. 3. Lube as you go!!

- You can skip first stage , if you are going to rebuild the engine you ALWAYS WASH cases ,and every engine part . I agree with second stage ,but i dissagree with third stage , you don't need to lube anything while you're spilitting cases

he should build or buy a small sandblaster cabinet and then use glas beads and blast those engine covers and cilinder, because then it comes out like brandnew.

Restoration, or just cleanup? I saw no valve lapping, cylinder honing, new piston rings etc. But good job in the tear down/reassembly

Bei der Arbeit hab ich zwar manchmal gedacht "Warum bitte haut der darauf rum oder macht das so pfuschig?", aber hey, das Teil läuft und wird wahrscheinlich noch lange durch die Gegend knattern und das ist das wichtigste. Ärmel hochgekrempelt und angepackt ist immer noch besser als Portmonaie aufgemacht und neu gekauft.

Переднюю крышку неправильно поставил - стрелкой вниз, а надо вверх. Поэтому раздавил прокладку вверху справа

Except for the electric starter, it's a direct copy of 1979~80 Honda C90 engine. Nice clean up, very thorough. You did re-fit the oil pump pick up screen?

- You'd be going through 12 packs of brake clean to remove all of that gunk. Cheaper to use soap and water.

- @@GGigabiteM I used only 3 cans to rebuild a Dodge 318 that was worse than that. A true mechanic learns NOT to waste, but to be frugal.

- @@JeffreyStrader Down here in the hot and muggy south, brake clean doesn't last but a few dozens of seconds once it leaves the can. If it's used sparingly, it won't do anything at all. I tore down a 1980 Chevy small block 350 a few days ago and it took 6 large cans of brake clean and a wire brush to get all the crap off of it.

Loncin it's a Chinese brand of engines ( very good, make for BMW, Sthil etc) . Not japanese. Cheers. Ps - nice video.

La limpieza muy bien ! El ensamble te puedo decir que te olvidaste de poner la tuerca del embrague y no hace falta pegamento . Te faltó esmerilar válvulas , brunir cilindro ,cambiar aros y retenes .y la puesta en marcha ! seguro te faltó aceite en el cárter . Porque sin las tapas de regulación de válvulas puestas sería un enchastre ! Ah y te paso la luz de válvulas 0,5 ADM y 10 ESC .

Масло то не залил. Крышки регулировки клапанов открыты и если бы там было масло то брызгало бы в разные стороны. А так перебрал мотор и сразу увалил его.

- @@lapshaaaaa клапанная крышка открыта и в момент работы мотора на клапана подаётся масло маслонасосом и поверьте ляполо бы в разные стороны. А так нет масла ляпать нечему!
