The cat is obviously sick. I have had 2 cats for 10 years and neither of them ever produced any snot or sneeze like that.
My kitten who got extremely sick made snots, but not even close to this, he just had runny nose and dripping some boogies sometimes.
Cat's normally breathe through their nose, which is probably why its acting so erratic to clear it.

The level of automation I'd rather have is using an app to build an order, tie that order and payment to something like a QR code, scan the code at the menu, have the order-AI ask for a confirmation, and then move along. No need to gamble on voice-recognition, no need to touch anything, just move up to the window to receive the food.
