  • I worked in the film industry in camera for 24 yrs. We (the camera crew) became so jaded over time, but when a guy like Bill came on a show it would be so refreshing. They'd always act like they shouldn't be there, like somebody made a mistake and they'd spend the whole day making the crew laugh. I love seeing people like Bill succeed.

    @kevinn1158@kevinn1158 Жыл бұрын
    • Nobody cares if you are jaded. That's your fkng job. And salty crew is hindering the performances of others.

      @Woodsaras@Woodsaras Жыл бұрын
    • @@Woodsaras you are a moron. You must watch a lot of tv and idolize actors waiting around trying to get their autographs. News flash a large majority of these actors are self righteous arrogant, donkeys who think the world revolves around them. The crew secretly despise these people. A guy like Bill makes working 13 hrs a day a joy.

    • He puts in the work to get the little nuances that really sell a good impression, like he doesn't just say "Deh's a bamb in derr," at the end his "there" sounds more like "deauUhhre," like 4-5 extra sounds to trail it, I would never think to do that

  • I'm a 75-year-old lady and believe it or not, I just discovered Bill Hader 2 weeks ago. Let's face it, I'm not exactly his target audience demographic, so it's not surprising that I would not know him like my daughter (who's Bill's age) does. But I was so charmed by a video including Bill that fell into my lap that I've been binge watching every YT video I can find with Bill in it. His impressions/comedy are so impressive and he's become my go-to when I'm having a tough day. Wow, what an incredibly gifted talent!

    • Try using a calculator, lots of us find him boring. I'm one of many people who used to watch him on SNL but now feels like 'I would swear he was funny at one time, but maybe I'm wrong about that'. Some people are in love with him but there's no need to mistake that for him being universally beloved. He's like a funny high school kid... like, ok, that's nice, you won the hometown talent show in 2005. Funny little self-conscious faces and voices, good for you. SNL is very good at making the audience confused as to whether they think somebody is actually funny or just so cute that you'll watch them brush their teeth and laugh about it.

    • I was giggling out loud with delight at the fantastic Bill Hader when I came across your comment, ha. Checked your profile and just wanted to say I love some of your musical playlist choices. That Rise Up Shepherds version is a great find and very special, and Penny and Sparrow are just so interesting and unique. Also, that Wesley playlist is the oddest, weirdest thing, kinda like a KZhead video acid trip. Oh! And I just noticed it includes My Friend the Witch Doctor! I have not heard that in at least five decades I'm sure, wow. Oo e oo ah ah! More giggles, heh. Thanks Natalie, have a great day.

    • @@danc3693 It's true... cept for maybe Jack Black, but I put them both in a similar stratosphere. He can write, direct, impersonate and act either drama or comedy. He is vastly more entertaining than any of them when on screen. Cept Jack Black. Like... everyone stops to watch a Bill Hader interview if they see one. I could skip the rest, cept Jack Black.
