Seems like austrians are obsessed with leadership capability

it's really impressive how he's able to get exactly the right pitch of the person's voice. He must have a good ear for music.
Well he is a bass player and a good one according to Dave Grohl.
Apart from Seth Rogen
This is a good observation
Did you really just say that his impressions are impressive?
@@lamosos yes I didn’t
The thing about his impressions is he doesn't overdo it. He makes sure to do them with respect for the person he's impersonating.
Exactly, he’s coming from a good place so it makes it better to accept the belief of the voice
Is respect really what hes focusing in? Or accuracy. Seems like a giant leap of an assumption
@@jreecefwb I agree; accuracy for sure. I don't see the "respect" thing either. Amusement and maybe even delight comes through for me. Respect may very well be there but I don't see evidence of it.
Big rule of impressions is to only do people you like, otherwise it's just a crappy lampoon
@@hijodelaisla275 it’s all about respect
I'm shocked at how practically nobody's talking about his flawless Jabba the Hutt impression
Yeah, he was in the Star Wars bad lipreadings, and he played a bunch of characters, including Jabba
It's crazy, I can literally imagine the feminist he's impersonating as if she was right in front of me.
@@aaronbarlow4376 is it hard being pregnant and menstruating at the same time? Grumpy incel
He provided noises for BB-8 so he's technically already in Star Wars too.
and? still in shock?
Alan Alda IS deadlocked spot-on.
Right?! Alan Alda is still alive, and it’s like Bill Hader just invokes his very spirit.
100% I’ve never heard anyone else attempt...no bother now
Now, I couldn't place the name Alan Alda. But as soon as I heard Bill Hader start his impression, I was like "OH! THE MASH GUY! RIGHT!"
The best impression I’ve ever heard.
M*A*S*H marathon!
Bill’s Alan Alda is one of the most accurate impressions I’ve ever seen.
I love how this video gives you the real actors as well because some of the older ones I didn't quite recognize. But yeah everything was pretty much spot on. His Keith Morrison impression is probably my favorite.
Could develop a Howard Stern impression out of that.
It's the best impression I've ever heard. Shut your eyes and it's Alan. They should get him to voice over some old Mash scripts while the show is playing on a TV. It would be flawless.
Thank you for stating what clearly needed to be said.
It's disturbing, it's so good. As if Alda were the ventriloquist and Bill were the dummy.
The amazing thing about the John Malkovich one is that he's actually impersonating an Italian doing a John Malkovich impression and it sounds absolutely perfect. Mind-blowing talent
Yea you can even see John in amazement as he switches between the two
I never get tired of Hader's "Dateline" sketch, his Keith Morrison impression is perfect.
He worships KM. What a wonderfully odd fellow
The John Malkovich is spot on.

I agree, it's so well-done that I cannot watch John Malkovich anymore without thinking of this impression O___o He improved a lot since his first attempts where you could still see a bit of Stefon coming off.
His Jack Nicholson isn’t talked about enough, it’s scary accurate.
right??? idk why he never did it on snl

John Malkovich sounds like he's in pain when he talks and Bill hits the inflection perfect.

He’s so good that he doesn’t need the laugh for his Seth Rogen impression
Ha, yes, true

Good impersonators nail the impressions. Great ones, leave a bit of themselves in them.... Well, that's what I heard from multiple professional impersonators anyway.

"Show me your leadership capabilities" had me rolling.
so he doesn't just get the sound right, he gets the nuance perfect!
His eye is sooo cute
"Find them! Show me your leadership capabilities!" was pure gold!😄
I love Bill Hader lol his impressions not only sound exactly like the person hes imitating, but WHAT he says is always freaking hilarious. Lol

I agree with your statement so much! :)
His alan alda is so spot on it's just absurd. Also such a unique impression that you rarely hear.

I love nothing more than a good James Mason impersonation.
His ability to impersonate is uncannily disturbing, so real. Hader's a genius comedian.
Bill hader as al pacino auditioning for doc brown role was the best hahaha lol

It's amazing that anybody can do impressions of celebrities doing characters, or even doing other real people. Hats off to Bill Hader.
Great, Scott!
This had me almost peeing myself with laughter!! It's genius because he impersonated someone impersonating someone else doing a character!!!

No. Pete Davidson sounds more depressed and awkward.
as it went on it got extremely accurate
he does such a fantastic job nailing the inflections of mannerisms of people who you wouldn't even think of having an odd or outlandish enough tone of voice to do an impression of. he really brings them to life.
He does one of the best Arnie impressions, then again he nails pretty much any impression. Seriously underrated
Seth Rogen sounds like Scooby Doo if he was human.

I’m not sure I’ve ever heard anyone do an impression as good as his Alan Alda.

What I think is the funniest about this video is that Bill Hader has even taken the time to perfect impressions of celebrities such as Alan Alda and James Mason, who I'd loved watching back in the day, though people today may not know him.
Right. Well, Alan Alda I grew up watching (I'm probably older than you), but James Mason not so much. Of course he's watched a ton of old movies and I imagine some people just strike him in a way he wants to imitate.

His Alan Alda is something else. I've seen others do other figures but not Alan Alda.
His writing within the impression is what differentiates him in my mind as the best to do it.
This guy's ability to do various impersonations is amazing, truly remarkable. The James Mason impersonatkion is probably my favorite along with Alan Alda. I would bet he could do almost any impesonation if he puts his mind to it.
