I`m 63 and been a boxing fan all my life. Loma is the best technical fighter (as well as the best trained) i have ever seen. He might not be the greatest (surely Ali is) but in terms of pure skill at 409-2 (and one of them was a fix) he`s the best the world has ever seen. Loma will take him apart piece by piece and tko him.

i'm fairly certain papachenko will start training several boxers as soon as loma retires.... he has a singular focus right now and that's why they are such a potent combo.... i can't think of another coach or current fighter more dedicated specifically to his craft than these 2 guys

I love Loma, but I need to say this because of something Arum said here: Loma is 14-1 with 10 wins coming by KO. Mayweather 15 fights in was 15-0 with 13 wins coming by KO. By the end of his lightweight era, Mayweather was 31-0 with 21 wins coming by KO. It's like this part of Mayweather's career has been erased from people's memory, and they only remember him being defensive. He was a beast.

Hey Bro Loma fought world champions, world class and elite fighters. Loma was fighting for a belt in his second fight against Orlando Salido. Most of the guys that Lomachenko fought were people in the top 10. And he did it in a very short period of his professional career, that's why when you are comparing Mayweather's first 15 opponents to Loma's there is no comparison because Loma fought guys on a higher level while Mayweather first 15 were unknown names and not even world class or even elite fighters. Pls know your boxing before giving such drastic examples. I suggest you search up Loma's BOXREC and compare that with Mayweather's first 15.

My point is against Arum implying that Mayweather was always a boring fighter looking for points wins, unlike Lomachenko. By the time Mayweather first retired in 2007 after beating Hatton, he was 39-0 with 25 KOs across 5 divisions.

Well Arum should stand for Loma on the 2 corrupt decisions that have occurred in Loma's Pro career Why was there no deductions in Salido fight with low blows and know technically Loma out scored Lopez with shoulder lnjury this is a great opportunity to promote Lomachenko ti where he should be yet nothing where is the reveiws had 1 for Manny with Horn a close fight just won but Horn so Why when Loma out scored Lopez is there no inquiry in match fixing with bias commentary and outrageous scoring Lopez never dominated 1 single round best round for him was round 1 i have watch fight a couple of times now and changed my minded on rounds 3/4/5/6 but everytime i had Loma win atleast 2 of those rounds on top of rounds he clearly won 2,7,8,9,10,11 so how in the hell wasn't it a draw but really Loma won 8/4 cuz he did enough in rounds 5/6 in head shots compared to Lopez with hardly any clean shots .

Ну, Боб Арум - тот ещё прохвост!) Он семейству Лопесов говорит почти тоже самое!) Однако, много правды он сказал и многое подтвердил из моих размышлений на тему взаимоотношений Папаченко с другими украинскими боксёрами. Но вопрос, ЧТО будет делать Анатолий Николаевич, когда его сын Вася повесит перчатки на гвоздь?!) Чем займётся? Встретит тихую жизнь украинского пенсионера или же всё-таки продолжит тренировать кого-то ещё? Было бы вполне справедливо и логично, если бы Анатолий Николаевич воспитал ещё одного хорошего украинского боксёра или себе смену в тренерах!) Только не в Штатах, а у себя на Родине, в Украине! ТТакой талант не должен заканчивается на карьере одного лишь боксёра, пусть даже и великого. Сколько всего полезного, практичного и нужного может Папаченко ещё сделать, какую огромную пользу принести! Его возраст по меркам тренера - это далеко от заката! Ещё очень далеко! В сравнении с такими мастадонтами, как Кас дамато, Эмануэль Стюарт, Эдди Фатч, Папаченко просто юнец в плане возраста, так что есть ещё большой потенциал для воспитания новых великих чемпионов после ухода Васи.

Бокс от Ломы - это гейм-чейнджер, как говорят англоязычные. Я уверен, что методику Анатолия Ломаченко пристально изучают. Вряд ли устоявшиеся тренера с именами будут кардинально менять свою методику, хотя кто по умнее, наверняка взяли что то на вооружение. А вот среди начинающих спецов наверняка найдутся.

i'm fairly certain papachenko will start training several boxers as soon as loma retires.... he has a singular focus right now and that's why they are such a potent combo.... i can't think of another coach or current fighter more dedicated specifically to his craft than these 2 guys

I love Loma, but I need to say this because of something Arum said here: Loma is 14-1 with 10 wins coming by KO. Mayweather 15 fights in was 15-0 with 13 wins coming by KO. By the end of his lightweight era, Mayweather was 31-0 with 21 wins coming by KO. It's like this part of Mayweather's career has been erased from people's memory, and they only remember him being defensive. He was a beast.
Hey Bro Loma fought world champions, world class and elite fighters. Loma was fighting for a belt in his second fight against Orlando Salido. Most of the guys that Lomachenko fought were people in the top 10. And he did it in a very short period of his professional career, that's why when you are comparing Mayweather's first 15 opponents to Loma's there is no comparison because Loma fought guys on a higher level while Mayweather first 15 were unknown names and not even world class or even elite fighters. Pls know your boxing before giving such drastic examples. I suggest you search up Loma's BOXREC and compare that with Mayweather's first 15.

My point is against Arum implying that Mayweather was always a boring fighter looking for points wins, unlike Lomachenko. By the time Mayweather first retired in 2007 after beating Hatton, he was 39-0 with 25 KOs across 5 divisions.

Встретит тихую жизнь украинского пенсионера или же всё-таки продолжит тренировать кого-то ещё? Было бы вполне справедливо и логично, если бы Анатолий Николаевич воспитал ещё одного хорошего украинского боксёра или себе смену в тренерах!) Только не в Штатах, а у себя на Родине, в Украине! ТТакой талант не должен заканчивается на карьере одного лишь боксёра, пусть даже и великого. Сколько всего полезного, практичного и нужного может Папаченко ещё сделать, какую огромную пользу принести! Его возраст по меркам тренера - это далеко от заката! Ещё очень далеко! Бокс от Ломы - это гейм-чейнджер, как говорят англоязычные. Я уверен, что методику Анатолия Ломаченко пристально изучают. Вряд ли устоявшиеся тренера с именами будут кардинально менять свою методику, хотя кто по умнее, наверняка взяли что то на вооружение. А вот среди начинающих спецов наверняка найдутся.
