It’s actually crazy I was at the Loma vs Pedraza fight where I got to momentarily speak to usyk gvozdyk and Anatoli Loma. Couldn’t get a word with Loma because he was being interviewed during the fight. But while I was at the bar 1 fight before Loma Pedraza on the undercard I saw a man drinking and he told me my son will become champion and beat Loma in the next 2 years... turned out that was Lopez father cocky guy. He had one prediction right he’ll be champion but as for Loma that’s a little far fetched.
Lopez is strong but loma is more faster w his fists n footwork n also has knock out power.unless teo caught lomas chin or body thats the only he can beat loma.vasili will win on points or knock out in later rounds.
I'm 66 years old and started to watch boxing since I was 10 yrs old, my opinion is that Teofimo Lopez is a young talented and strong puncher with good timing but not fully developed boxing skills yet, however if he hits you in the right places is a KO, now Lomachenko may not be the stronger puncher but he is without any doubt one of the most intelligent IQ's in boxing that I've ever seen, and foot work that drives any opponent crazy and makes them quit, I feel Lopez is still young and maybe is too soon to face Lomachenko, brain always beats muscle in boxing.

@@gastelumfrank53 considering how much campbell, linares and even salido hit loma i find it really weird why people dont see lopez beating loma. lopez is definately the best opponent so far for lomachenko, he is much more accurate than anyone else loma have faced and by far the most powerful as well, maybe even the fastest or at the very least top 3 fastest he have ever met, lopez is also much more unpredictable in his punches than anyone else and focus more on timing than just let his hands go just for the sake of throwing. Loma is a very good boxer. but other than footwork and maybe IQ i see lopez having advantage in power timing and accuracy as well as defence and in speed they are about the same, i also feel many underestimate lopez IQ as well. preparation before the fight also plays a big part, and timing is even more important than IQ in boxing

I love this guy, a humble man from very humble beginnings. IMO, the greatest fighter of all time, hands down. Best in life Vasyl, thank you for being such a great man and an example of how one can come from nearly nothing to a superstar and still be honorable and down to earth. A thing that most Americans cannot grasp or begin to practice.

Fedor, khabib, lomachenko, my favorite fighters in the world. So much class, modesty, respect and professionalism. No trash talk compared to most of our American fighters who talk a big game which is unnecessary, but that's the American way, talk big act big sell the fight market yourself or brand. The Russian fighter are more your down to earth family guys who are meek but will kick your butt.

Loma is only 32. And the way he takes care of his body, he’ll outlast most of these boxers. Im calling it now, Loma will beat Lopez. The most significant shot Teo will land will be his jabs. Loma will outbox Teo cleanly.
Lomachenko is too small for a true 140 to 147 pounder. Teofimo will walk through Lomachenko and stop him. Lomachenko will move back down to 130 pounds and dominate.
