That was 2006-07. Arsenal won the battle, claiming all the 6 points from the 2 league meetings with United but United won the war. United had been in superb form and their consistent form minus the Arsenal losses enable them to finally end the Londoners Arsenal and Chelsea dominance on the EPL and regain back the trophy since 2003.
Arsenal drew a lot of matches at the Emirates. So many times we went down a goal to make it a draw or a win and many were draws. Our away form wasn't great either. We had a record of getting the most points that season after going a goal down, and were dubbed the comeback kings that season. But the real problem that season was missed chances, we missed so many sitters and we always tried to pass the ball in the net and wasting the opportunity to score most of the time. We played such beautiful football that season but so wasteful. In the Champion League we wasted sitter after sitter to get knocked out by PSV of all teams.
