@@Hikoplouyr Nah, I've been on android for a long time, and never owned a phone with iOS. I plan on switching to an iPhone because androids deteriorate with every new software update. After about a year, every android device I've had began to lose battery faster, and the performance became way worse. Meanwhile, some of my friends have had iPhones for 2-3 years and both the battery and performance is basically the same as when they bought it. As much as I prefer Android (for now), iPhones really are better when it comes to longevity and consistent software updates.

I was considering between iPhone 11 and Samsung Galaxy 20. I ended up to Galaxy 20. Galaxy+ and ultra have better camera, but they're too big to carry in the poket. In specs and use, iPhone and Galaxy are pretty much quite as good, i think.

Display is the only thing stopping me from buying iPhone 11 but i own OnePlus 6 and I'm sick of android now. There's no rich user experience feel, animations look stupidly faster. Don't know sbout Samsung's ui tho.

Very good review! Thumbs up! I much preferred the S20 Ultra. I just bought it and it's worth my money. I also bought the Otterbox Defender to protect it. The S20 Ultra is an awesome phone!
I went to Samsung s20 this year, should have done it years ago. I’ve had every iPhone up to the 10. Nothing bar the name really felt “new”, the Samsung was a breath of fresh air, better user experience, better battery, better quality of camera, charges faster. It will take a lot to get me back to Apple.

The Samsung Galaxy has undoubtedly dominated/reigned in the mobile marketplace since the release of the "Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge/Edge+" The S7 really rocketed the phone into first place by redeeming themselves and correcting the mistakes they made with the S6 series - added back microSD expandable storage, added IP68 waterproofing, etc.. etc.. And then by the S8/+, these phones were unlocking in fractions of a second with just a fleeting GLIMPSE... I've had every Galaxy since the S6 Edge Plus, and let me tell you... They keep amazing me. The Iris Unlock feature introduced in the S8 series and discontinued after the S9 was beyond belief.. How accurate and sophisticated the technology was, ESPECIALLY for that time, and how precise and at the speed it scanned your IRIS, just like a fingerprint except YOUR FUCKING EYEBALL, and CLICK unlocked in literally 0.5 seconds still baffles me at how they could offer such feature(s) seemingly so far ahead of their time... The screens, the power, the capabilities, the cameras, the freedom/customizations, the completely open OS and alllll the things that it could do and do WICKEDLY well - just for example; You can buy a Galaxy and if your SIM/call service worked but data/texts didn't - it's as simple as going in and tweaking your APN (Access Point Name) settings and viola! Fixed... Just one of a trillion examples. The ONLY strong points that Apple still has with the iPhone series is: 1) Security, though now with the world mostly iSheep I'm certain iOS virus' are much more commonplace than they used to be.. 2) Uniformity/totality of construction. Each and every piece, part, and particle were all designed and constructed by one "U.S.A" company, so they are optimized in a way that just isn't seen elsewhere.. 3) They literally invented the modern-day "smart phone" back in 2007, with the original iPhone launch... And have some of the coolest/most expensive advertising to date.. All of this has merited a certain level of "prestige" for the brand... They're almost half a trillion dollars in the positive/black. No other company can say this... So, perhaps, they'll listen to all of our complaints and gripes and reinvent and revitalize the iconic iPhone someday soon - before it's completely wrote off... But, that will take A LOT of money and they've been steady stackin', so if there greed continues there won't be a market for them much longer... As of the time of this writing; however; Samsung Galaxy is the heavyweight champ/MVP of the mobile phone market.. well i used s3 s4 s5 s6 edge sand s8 i switched the new model every year expect s10 .now i still using s8 it been 2.5 years and it is a bit slow and not smooth at all. i never used a galaxy more than 1 year and first model i use is now nothing like first days. but my 5 years old ipad air 2 is still like first month and smoother than my s8 and still gets update. in my country iphone 11 and s20 same price i rlly dont know which one i should buy

Which is the only way to compare because they dont have any similar storage spaces. The ultra is a tier over the 11 pro max. So I would prefer to compare the s20+ and the 11 pro max

So I'll think about getting a oneplus next time. Definitely not a samsung. But I do need more than 64 gb of storage. Maybe at least 128gb because I normally use more than 100. Some people have to download a lot of files, maybe you dont. I personally would reccomend everyone to not get an exynos version. Btw the only reason I compared them at 256 was because that is their only similar storage size. I only did that to make it a fair comparison.

Two years on consider this: I have just bought a used S20 5g from Back Market to replace my disappointing Pixel 6 Pro. A year away from the Samsung ecostructure and yet I just slipped back in seamlessly. It's just a more polished and practical everyday proposition than the Google 6 Pro. The idea with the S20 was to see if I really could dip back into Samsung and then whether I'll go for the next flagship. And the answer is, yes. I'm not a Google convert.

Thanks for showcasing new tech the way you do!
Agree with all you’ve said, but still went with the iPhone 11. Except for 5 months on an Iphone 5c and a Lumia 920 (amazing phone when it launched), all my phones were Android. I’m fed up of needing to upgrade 1-2 years after buying the phone, despite better specs. Battery always falls short on Android. Now I’ve had the Samsung S9 and it was ok, for the first 8 months. Then it started slugging to the point that now it drains battery by the minute, the Exynos gets unnecessarily hot, camera app takes 1-2 seconds to open. Yes, I have enjoyed One UI and find it a very compelling interface, although it does take its toll on ressources, the f/1.5 camera is amazing, but at the end of the day I much prefered going with the Iphone 11 rather than the S20 for the simple fact that I will get used to it and WILL NOT NEED to buy the newer phone in 2 years max. So far, the Iphone’s battery life blows me away, I literraly can use it 2 days without the charger, so I couldn’t care less about the “slow” charger. 18W vs 25W means slower? Not if the batteries are 5000mAh vs 3080mAh... even with the regular charger I can leave it 1-1.5 hours at night and I’m solid for the next 2 days. The Iphone NEVER gets hot or throttles, nor drains battery. The switch is not that bad so far, but Samsung still is more familiar to me. I recon iOS 14 will solve that. The screen IS worse on the iPhone, but most noticeable if you use another phone and come back to it, mainly in videos (youtube). Otherwise, the screen is generaly good and I, at least, don’t see any pixels on it, not even at 4inches distance.
i coudln't agree more. Android phones are amazing. They let you customize every little detail and you can install root roms do whatever the hell you want. But after some time this becomes just a burden nothing else. All i want is to call someone take pics and use the phone for normal usage. Phone is not a gaming tool or something unusal for me. It just a portable way to contact with the world online. Customizing everything installing things reordering things are just nothing but a pain in the ass now. Apart from the slowing of android phones and some updates makes phone worse rather than better.If you just want to use your phone for basic tasks then go for iOS. It will be costly but it will sure worth it.
I’ve only had Samsung’s all my life, so when I was due an upgrade I eagerly switched to the iPhone 11 and I’ve never been happier. I think Samsung was great and the cameras were amazing but I’m so happy I made the switch because I think I just got insanely bored with Samsung phones and just getting either black or white phones. When I got an iPhone I actually felt like I got a new phone, whereas before it was just like getting the same thing just with a different body and slightly better.

@@ezclap1445 oneplus 8 pro my dude even the face ID is faster and has a fingerprint sensor, and a mute switch. The OxygenOS on it is pretty minimalistic as well, the only thing is the processor is not as good as the A13 but man on the daily you won't notice it

iPhone 11 user here.. I think 8k video rec is actually fantasting, because video editors can crop and post production zoom into things while keeping quality intact, which tbh is quite crucial for many things professional. I’m really contemplatind switching now but very scared of that exynos....
