I think Blachowicz has boxing on the level with Gastelum, has more power, and is a BJJ blackbelt. I’m NOT expecting Izzy to brawl with Jan like he did Kelvin, no way. Its really the only way Jan wins the fight. I expect Izzy to snipe away, get in and get out, and probably outpoint him. I like all the drama building between Izzy and Jones, but how could you not feel good for Jan if he gets it done? If Izzy wins, I expect him to defend the 205 belt and call for Jones to come back down. He has already cleared put the division at 185.
Adesanya my advice to you, be courageous and bring down the head of goliath and take the crown
I like teddy was a boxing purest got into mma late but before teddy ...boxing is in a bad way ...but it is brilliant to watch all these fighters come on his show and respect him ..and speak to him ..and all of them I think enjoy him ...max holloway talked about water in the basement ...coach here talked about dark waters ..if you compare steven a joining and max kellerman mma world ( I respect them kellerman is a boxing encyclopedia) ...you know teddy atlas gets miles more respect because he been In the trenches ..best fight podcast currently around ...they break down boxing too but so happy to see theese fighters show the respect to teddy atlas from another sport ...but a fighter is a fighter ...teddy is much more knowledgeable about the mental side of things than anything else In mma goes to show you how big of part it plays ..of course the striking to ..

Ref robbed him of the TKO finish. They were 2-2 going into the final round and Adesanya came out and essentially finished him in the 5th. Metal.
Such a hardcore mindset that Adesanya had for Gastelum, but I don’t think that he’s thinkin the same way for Jan
Bruh, maybe cuz he’s not in the fight yet? He said it himself, you only find this stuff out when you’re in there. He’s a professional and as he says, will fight out a gameplan. If he needs to go to the dark place he will. He did the same vs Costa. It’s only a dogfight if his opponent is good enough to bring him there. Kelvin was. Izzy has improved since then.

Izzy was actually beating him until that big kick, that's part of the game, dudes a double champ for a reason in glory. That said Izzy's style is much better for mma and he's worked on his ground game to a point of being a purple belt. He'd probably beat Alex in mma.

Every fight is about timing and even though JJ the goat right now, he is aging and he hasn’t looked great in his last couple fights. JJ hasn’t ever fought a striker as good as Izzy and Izzy hasn’t faced anyone as well rounded as JJ, but Izzy up and coming while JJ looking like the miles racking up on that body.
