  • Every now and then, I come back to this video. The beginning of this clip when you hear OJ say "How are you? You alright?", with all the warmth of a concerned elder brother, and s1mple, who is usually the most confident guy in the room, sheepishly reach for the mic followed by the nervous "Hey guys" is truly heartbreaking. This is arguably the most important speech in all of gaming.

  • Guys, I'm Russian and I'm ashamed of all this. You see, there is nothing we can do. Nobody asked ordinary people. Do not hold a grudge against ordinary people, they have nothing to do with what is happening. Not in any country in the world, including Russia. With love to all.

    • You're right, ordinary people of Russia are not to blame for what's been started. However, you're wrong about there being nothing you can do. The sanctions are not set to hurt Russian citizens. They're there to hurt the Russian government, unfortunately this means it'll have an effect on innocent citizens as well. Hopefully the ordinary people, citizens of Russia understand that they need to act to make this stop. The future of Russia is not very bright with a leader such as Vladimir Putin and everyone fanatically supporting him. Russian media might not be allowed to call the attack towards Ukraine as "war", but it certainly is one. Making a change is not easy, but it's the citizens time to make a change happen, not just for the future of Russia, but the future of europe and rest of the world as well. Even something relatively minor as spreading the word IS doing something about it, thus "not being able to do anything" is false.

    • @@Jiigeri I understand it perfectly. Our economy is destroyed, many businesses will cease to exist, all adequate people are completely horrified by what is happening all these days. But we don't have a leader, and it feels like we're few enough. Scary, friend. You should know about Na***ny and his fate. Even he couldn't do anything. Among my friends, everyone understands with hell what is happening. We are all scared. Both for the present and for the future. I know it sounds ridiculous given that the rockets are flying in another country, but the lives of most Russians will be harmed or destroyed by the sanctions. Sanctions aimed at people who have nothing to do with it. This is the war, but the West against Russia, only without weapons.
