Still after doing it for years now working very hard for your business.

I knew nothing about EQS but I ordered immy .....not yet delivered... only because by simply looking at it I realized this is a jump to completely new approach leaving the past. It is also a signal that MB is given to EV market that comfort, quality and luxury cannot be ignored and that accelleration is not the only feature EV must have. I am glad that you outlined such things. Wish you succes , well done.

I've ordered an EQS and I'm really excited. I looked at the Lucid Air, but I am in England and there is no right hand drive version yet and no date planned. Also no service structure. They are planning to open a showroom in Munich in March and that's it. Also seeing a lot of blogs where buyers are having problems. Mercedes seems the best option and a fantastic car. They started to remove the food from the Buffet, but one of the Cooks got me a huge plate of food from the galley. The Route via Dagali would be a "Reality-Winter-Ride" to do. Next, I could not charge at the Hotel with my MCU because of the different Norwegian electricity-wiring. But then the Hotel sendt me to another Resort they were owing, where they had DeC`s. • It's the first EV that impressed me so much, but I still can't get over the fact they didn't put heat pump in it. They put so much effort into aerodynamics and so on, why lose energy by climate control? Does it have any other way to use energy from drivetrain for heating?

    @tomasmalin@tomasmalin2 жыл бұрын
    • I saw a german youtuber asking mercedes about it. They simply said that the battery is so large, that the better efficiency is not needed. Maybe a bigger and warm battery also produces enough heat anyway that you can use for the passenger, but not sure about that.

      @buzzdee6683@buzzdee66832 жыл бұрын
    • The reasoning I got from Mercedes is that they have heat scavenging so heat pump is not needed. I'm not totally convinced. Just look at Tesla and octovalve. Teslas are highly efficient in winter.

    • @@RogerM88 Why less reliable? The PTC element is still there and will work when it's too cold for the heat pump. But in cases where it's around 10 °C it's perfect to have a heat pump.
