Center bolt valve covers indicate a Center bolt chevrolet tbi head, a head designed for low power and mileage in the early 90's. I'm willing to bet they put a 1500 dollar tbi gm crate engine in it with a different intake. Pure garbage. Extremely heavy V8 for the front of that little car. Junk junk junk.

This man holds the record for most Make a wish kid visits. This man deserves much more but is still very humble.
He is extremely underrated as a person. Internet is full with those outdated and unoriginal "we cant see him" memes, but the guy is bigger than life, and Im getting annoyed with the memes, John has so much more to offer. I mean listen to him talking about cars, he is on the level with the mechanics.

Michael Jordan has hundreds of make a wish visits and has donated more than anyone to the foundation, but people think he's a bad person. I wish people would look at the more privately giving people vs the public ones who have to tell the whole world of all the good they're doing as if it's not worth it unless they get the attention and PR.

Seeing Cena happy makes me happy. After everything he's done for the less fortunate and also for our entertainment, I'm so glad there are others out there who put a smile on his face. This is so wholesome 😊
Usually I don't watch auto content, but love 'seeing' Cena! This whole episode made me smile. From the thought & care taken, to John's genuine response and show of respect to the craft....it was all enjoyable.

It’s about time I run across a car builder that actually delivers on the internet. I’ve seen a lot of shows and after spending years at a Corvette body shop building high end cars it’s hard to see some of the shows out there and some of the KZheadrs that really let you down on the builds and finish. You guys knocked it out of the park!
Under the hood is so clean everything about this MG is badass. As I said there isn't another custom car builder that can make this MG any better than what it is. Bill and his guys did an outstanding job on this build .

I've watched John Cena in a few unrehearsed situations and each time he is humble, a true gentleman and completely respectful. It's easy to see that this is no act, his momma raised him right! Respect a real gentleman and 100% man, John Cena. BTW, that MG is a piece of art, wow.

That was amazing - when I saw the title, An an Englishman and fan of MG, I was worried... but that is such a gorgeously understated restored; shame we never heard the engine when the bonnet (hood) was up and saw the stereo working with those gorgeous speakers!! Well done...

These guys are the best and no one can test. You can literally shut your eyes. Give them the car to get up when it’s done I just look at the quality of work they do you’ll never be disappointed. It’s a dream for me one day to have the build something for me

I don't know where you are or why you can't watch it but it's on the Sling TV streaming service. I rarely watch it, sometimes I'll watch Iron resurrection , etc but just an fyi about sling in case it helps you.

Leno found out how intake stacks like that perform on a hot day with his 7 liter. He reworked it to get fresh air to the intake. Leaving the MGC opening would have made sense.

Miss my '69 BGT ,even though it tried to kill me every time I took her out 🤣 This needs bonnet louvres or better cooling via air intakes to really use her.

This was super clean build. One beautiful car.
I sort of like what they’ve done. Why didn’t they use just use a bog standard MGB GT (a far more common rubber bumper variant) and do the work to that? It would have looked exactly the same and they wouldn’t have wiped out an original MGC in the process. The MGC is a rare car ~9k made over two years (1967-69) In my opinion these cars should be kept standard or lightly modified in keeping with period 😢

Love 90% of the build. The dash in British cars really showed the jewellery, the wood and chrome/smoke chrome. Amazing work around the car, but you need a Dash specialist to bring the build home.
The dash is the wrong shape at the top just look at a original one, I think it looks terrible!

@@kooler999ify Um..... No, the original MG in this video is British. The MG name is now owned by the Chinese but any car built before the MG6 isn't part of the new MG. The final car in this video is a British/American hybrid
