AMAZING reconstruction of tooth damaged by caries: Endodontics
Many subscribers ask me if it is possible to save a severely damaged tooth due to dental caries or fracture, the answer is YES, but the dentist must assess the risks and benefits since each case is different and the degree of damage defines the future of treatment. , as well as the duration of said treatment.
In this video we will simulate a case where the tooth with very extensive caries is restored thanks to a root canal treatment, also for the reconstruction of the coronal part we will use Composite Resin.
I must emphasize that it is not the only material used to reconstruct extensive dental crown areas, we have very hard and highly aesthetic materials available today such as Zirconium crowns (white), E-max crowns (white), free porcelain inlay metal, among others; Each case must be taken and evaluated by your dentist since he can offer you the best material according to the case.

    • Спасибо европейским технологиям!! У меня шатался зуб, мой стоматолог отправил меня к профессору по челюстям . Мне зафиксировализуб, сделали хорошую зубную косметику и взяли пробу на рак. Оказался тумор челюсти и поэтому шатался зуб. Тумор челюсти удалили вместе в 8 ю зубами и верхним своем челюсти. Сделали 2 операции. Вторая по чистке с точностью до миллиметра. Сейчас будут делать 3 имплантата с мостом, за счет больничной кассы в связи с болезнью. Один имплантат около 3, 000 €. Слава БОГУ за цивилизованный капитализм с высокоразвитой инфраструктурой запада.

    • @Vit Renne не все стоматологи такие, у меня лет 25 назад, был кариес зуба точнее не было зуба вровень с лесной,обратился чтоб удалил то что осталось от зуба, так врач(женщина)как я не упёрся не стал удалять, а восстановил зуб примерно таким же макаром, прослужил бы и сейчас если бы послышался,(коронку надо было сверху) 2 года назад пришлось переделать

    • pues con la anestesia local bien aplicada, el paciente no siente dolor. Luego le receteamos analgésicos para que después de la sesión tampoco sea doloroso.

  • A mi me lo hicieron en la clínica de la Facultad de Odontología, los dentistas particulares me hablaban de implante o perno y corona, con un costo altísimo. Solo en la facultad me ofrecieron este tratamiento del video (endodoncia) y me lo están terminando por un costo mínimo y con una dedicación máxima😉

    • Es una opción. La otra es la extracción con un posterior implante o un puente. Todo depende de las factibilidades y el entrenamiento del odontólogo

    • Según se, en la facultad los alumnos necesitan pacientes para practicar lo aprendido, son evaluados y asesorados por los docentes. Hay que averiguar en admisión al paciente. Yo me atendí en Buenos Aires, hace muchos años, fui como paciente de un estudiante amigo, pero se que la gente obtenía citas y ahora me están atendiendo en Valencia España, donde obtuve cita llamando al teléfono de la página web de la Universidad. También se pueden obtener citas presencialmente.

    • Never get a root canal. It will harbor bacteria/fungus/whatever else gets in there. And you just sealed it in. Dentists don't track root canals, and there's quite a bit of science suggesting that a lot of neurological issues are being caused by them. My dad has had a root canal for 50 years, he started showing dementia about 10 years ago. He's pretty bad now, but I asked my mom who's a nurse, 'what happens if you put a ping pong ball with a hole in it, inside someone's abdomen?' Ya that's right, the blood can't get to it to kill stuff, and stuff will grow. Eventually you'll have sepsis and die. Before that point, you'll have plenty of biological toxins bombarding your system every single day.

    • Muchas veces se extrae por que el paciente no quiere pagar la endodoncia.   • This dentist is an artist in addition to being a skilled dentist. Rarely do we find even a skilled dentist. The colour match of the composite filling is perfect too. In my country the only option suggested would be an expensive crown. Having said that, this is a demo on a model, but in real mouth dentist would not have such clear access and visibility of the lingual side.

    • Cuando el molar ha perdido tanta estructura dentaria y a eso le agregamos q se le ha realizado un tratamiento de conductos ese molar se debilita, los molares cubren el 100% la carga masticaria y con una resina como este caso lo más problable es q se fracture y por lo general son fracturas vercticales q comprometen la raíz llevando al molar a una extracción inminente, es mejor la corona después de un tratamiento de endodoncia. Si fuera un diente anterior ese si podría evaluarse una restauración con resina dependiendo del grado de pérdida dentaria.

  • I just had this procedure done. It's so nice to be able to view what was going on inside my mouth while I was lying there. Actually I'm having a lot of dental work done currently. This was really cool. I learned a lot. I often wonder how dentists can work in such a small spaces. I would imagine it would be difficult.
