@@python3x His demos are quite suspect and show plenty of strange stuff and nothing that would indicate he is a top skilled player. Most people aren't literally locking on and hard tracing. It's stuff that looks like this. Where they just happen to have really good crosshair placement, and where they have supernaturally lucky gamesense, doing stuff like running with knife after only clearing one person on a site that is usually held by two people. He was cheating, he was caught, he was banned. What you should take from this is how to reverse engineer it. Look at this gameplay. This is what most cheaters look like when they're good at hiding it.
we had a lobby with 5 friends, we played competitive CS for 5 years, amateur leagues and the like, wow, we stopped playing in 2020, 2 months later our IGL had its account banned by VAC, then FaceIT and Gamers Club, after we clashed him, the response was: "I've been cheating since the launch of CS-GO"

I only have 500h in cs, im no expert, but this is my take on the matter at 7:04 you can see his teammate died on mini map from a guy in tetris. wonderful goes to peek palace sees someone jumping across, holds the angle for like 3 seconds, realises the guy is not gonna peek again, could be thinking to himself that the palace guy is giving info to the tetris guy. decides to zoom out and repeak at a lower angle. (timing is very convenient, but not conclusive)

How a human preaims that corner would be a bit more mechanical, not sidestepping right and aiming left to right. i think its important to note that just because someone gets busted for cheating, it doesnt mean he cheated in every game. So simply chexking some of his games doesnt mean you have to find anything that would immediately indicate he is a cheater

A lot of people assume when someone is banned for cheating, specifically on a high-level playing field, that they are walling, when in fact, at the highest level, you only see subtle cheats being used, primarily micro-adjustments to aim. When watching this gameplay, a lot of the speculations being made when it could just be game sense & the fact that it is regular face-it MM & not a pro game in my opinion this is most likely to be why he pulls out his knife arguably "more than he should". The key thing to note is that this is a regular day of Faceit MM I'm sure he is not playing like he would a tournament.

@@EXswingThat actually happens quite a bit, people notice a part of the enemy and try to instinctively wallbang the head, it's not too uncommon. The problem is, it's uncommon in frickin matchmaking, I can't imagine a top tier faceit player doing this kind of dumb play, especially not the nr 1 player, so while that moment isn't direct evidence of cheating, it's still suspicious how he got to that elo with these kinds of amateur plays.

i think the best way to find out if he is cheating is to watch his really old demos in elo vs the latest one.

His movement etc., it all doesn't add up to his elo. When you look at the other top player they play so insanely good you can tell that they are the top of the top raw skillwise but this dude plays like a random LE/faceit level 6 player. And he doesn't even hide his cheats well.
The knife out thing - i would completely ignore. I can say its a habit, even if i know there's a player close at an angle, i will whip my knife out, spin it, change to ak and do whatever next

This is also the reason why everybody in the cs-community cant trust anybody anymore... i also directly blame player if they have a good timing or are hitting a nice shot. its very frustrating, bc normally i can accept, that player are better. but with the knowledge of the hacking issues its quite hard

In esportal I used to play alot of games and suddenly in high rank started to get insane timings by enemies (enemy shoulder peeking for no reason, to get the info and more) and it was happening from game to game and then people started to get banned. So basically if you own radar hack or other cheat, they fake peek angles so they get the "legit" info but after you play against them many times you start to question that are the timings always this bad for me and it ends up to the cheating

Nothing surprises me anymore. There was a group of players based in Sweden a couple of years back that were playing all the way up in FPL-C and they even decided the outcome of several critical matches, effectively deciding who got to progress into FPL. Those guys used things such as nosmoke, radar and that sort. One of the guys had over 4000 matches behind him.
Its all about gamesense and fast reaction time when you can see people through the walls 😂😂

since he was using a knife and playing in faceit for so long i believe he was using a custom DMA cheat (not a public method or common knowledge methods) i dont know if he's using aimbot or radar.
use external DMA dosent matter if is public. Faceit AC its not invasive like Vanguard where you need a complety PC with private firewall and a good DMA card. Public on faciet its not efficent if we spoke about kernel drivers, any exploit drivers or public kernel its a matter of time by faceit team fix it

@@DoNotFearTheReapa Being 15k right now already puts you in the top 10% of all players, which in cs go terms that would put you ar ound LE. Gold nova 2 in cs go meant that you're right in the middle of the rank distributions, in other words - half of all the players are lower than you and the other half is higher than you in rank. In cs2 around half the players are above ~10k and the other is under~ 10k, more or less, so that's where gold nova 2s theoretically are. I got the data from the cs go rank distributions and compared it to the official premier data that cs2 shows me (I'm around 16k and the game tells me I'm in the top 9%) + some recent leetify distributions, which aren't really stable at the moment, but whatever, it's a bell curve either way.
The fact that you cant see a difference between his skills and yours is a perfect sign of the Dunning-Kruger effect. You just dont have the skill to reflect on your actions and others to give a fair assessment.

i dont think wallhack is possible to detect from a demo review as we talk about a pro player. Everything can be explained as a massive experience he got, you'd need to analize whole lot of games and do it really well + voice-coms are necessary. Only thing we can focus on is any kind of smart aim hack or triggerbot.
Actually wrong. People using a triggerbot or silent aim are harder to catch than wallers. The hardest cheat to detect is radar.

For the round he comes out palace looking default I want to say that maybe the other team were pressuring mid a lot in the previous rounds and he had the idea to isolate solo A player, but then you would expect him to be playing in a more passive setup such as from stairs or jump spotting CT for example. I wouldn't preaim default in that scenario.
also, at that high level you'd expect him to clear jungle-stairs-ladder in this specific order. also, some players are usually rushing into palace to catch Ts off guard, but he was running with his knife out like there was no tomorrow. the fact that he went for the guy in default that clean was a giveaway. what if the CT was at triple? he came running and started shooting as soon as he stepped foot out of palace. that was 100% radar hack, at least.

His teammate was shooting at the same guy from short. It is likely he was checking van/ close apps and site before he got the comms that somebody ran down from short. You would also see it on a normal radar without a hack. Watch just before. The AK you hear is his teammate forcing that guy from short into that position. You can't call this guy a cheater from what we see here, they probably found something on his system.

The enemy literally jumped and ran across short towards that corner, wtf are you talking about, it's a pretty normal prefire, car was also covered by a teammate. That said, it's a normal prefire for a normal player, not a top faceit player, he pretty much just gambles on the fact that there is no awper holding him from kitchen, site or backsite. So it's suspicious how he got to that elo with these weak plays.

What you are saying about him being number 1 on Faceit and the way he plays is the most convincing thing to me. He is obviously good mechanically, but his decision making does seem to be consistently odd. Like when you mention him peeking ramp without worrying about palace, people do do that and it does make sense if the t's default didn't usually involve a palace player - it only gets suspicious when he is consistently playing in a way that indicates he knows more than he should. Honestly - if I'd just seen the demo I would be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

If you wanna see just how many cheaters there are, just wall. You’ll see there are 2-3 in every game in premier. Some are decent at hiding it, others not so much. But it’s wild to see. Out of the ~25 games I played using walls maybe 2 didn’t have one. 13k-21k. I’ve since just stopped playing the game altogether but still following the scene. Also, there are a lot of players who cheat who don’t use walls. They just have very slight aim assist. It’s not a lot but just enough to skew the odds in your favor. Over a 100 games it adds up to better elo.

There aren't many games without cheaters, however I would say that games like Space Engineers or games that have more than just a shooting element in order to play them, are games that you will rarely or find no cheaters in them because cheat providers won't find such games popular, hence they are safer.

The shot at 3:52 seemed very suspicious to me but could be just lucky I guess. The play he made in 4:33 was just abysmal. CT's had a buy so there's absolutely zero reason for a lvl 10 #1 in the world to make such play. He obviously knew that there was only one guy on a and he knew exactly where. The moment at 6:00 was ridiculous, no pro player would make such a stupid decision to try and shoot the enemy's head through that wall. I can't believe he just did that, really gave him away there. At 6:12 it gets even better, there's no player in the world who preaims that shit XD The overall awareness and especially in 6:38 is what really baffles me how this guy has never been caught, he just doesn't match up with other pro's and he's awareness seems acutally more like a regular lvl 9-10. He got so many lucky timings like in 7:10 and actually tries to prefire a guy in 7:50. At 8:26 I'm pretty sure he was looking at a radar (maybe radar hack?) because otherwise that just wouldn't make sense. 8:33 he's holding ramp WITHOUT palace smoke when there's only 20 seconds played in the round, who does that shit??? 8:45 he clears the guy close to b window just at the right time when the awp stops looking at b apps. Overall he runs a lot with his knife out and every timing seems to go his way. I'm sure if someone has the time to check his other demos you would find a lot of similarities in most of his games. One game could be just lucky but I bet it's like this every game. He's overall gameplay is just so far away from actually good players I've seen like Monesy, Donk and someone like docc who plays in pugs a lot. They're all just next level compared to this guy and although it's easy to say in retrospective, there's a lots of red flags in his gameplay. I would not be able to say beyond reasonable doubt if I didn't knew he was cheating but nevertheless his gameplay is just embarassing for a face it rank #1
It could be a false ban, it happened to my friend. He also got banned for 2 years (not perma), since he had some sort of a program open, unrelated to cs. The fact, that he wasn't permanently banned says a lot. Everyone seems to jump the gun, remember when there were false game bans by Valve, a lot of people said they deserved it. Even though, they were later reversed. If he is using an alt account, he will get banned again for ban evasion, that is common.

I think it’s more about pro matches with radar hack like a lot of matches are hosted on faceit keep that in mind, and also pro players like tier-3 tier-2 were saying he is cheating for like a year and there are a lot of cheaters in competitive cs matches a lot of teams are sus so maybe his elo on faceit is real but his teams stuff.. idk we’ll never know
