We visited the world's largest junkyard - Turner's Auto Wrecking in Fresno, California. We only had 3 hours to tour over 100 acres of classic car heaven. We can't wait to go back!
See parts that you need? Call up Turner's and they will get you sorted! Jerry has been in business for over 65 years and is a wealth of knowledge.

I sure like her naturally curly hair & rear bumper!! She's a keeper!!
When you were raise with a Father who was always yelling and cursing as well as making you no more than a piece of crap he could bully around, It is extremely hard to loosen up with that type of people. I had Employee's way back in the 60's who are still my friends. My whole family was murdered by a person who treated his family and treated his family the same way but I put up with him because of his six children. It cost me my 30 year old wife and two daughters 12 and 13. Now how loose do you want me to be?
first thing I noticed 😮😂😊
Haha I always say "back bumper" 👍😁
As a retired auto salvage worker of 46 years there is plenty of good deals an partsout in them yard I like his stock
So you would have been a handy friend to have in need of parts lol
the yellow car in the tree was a ford pinto, the one car you thought was a converted 4 wheel drive was an original late 60s caddy eldo front wheel drive only thanks so much for the tour
I wasn't sure if it was the ford pinto or the mercury bobcat...
Young lady has great taste. '57 Roadmaster rear windows ARE trick. A few minutes later she's astride a '53 John Deere model 60. Good looking and great taste in iron, she's a keeper all right. If she dabbed a little diesel behind each ear, I'd follow her anywhere. Thanks for the tour, who doesnt love a good wrecking yard? Best regards from Indiana.
that girl is a treasure would love to have one like her
I hear ya on that she's hot chick"
@@gumby3123 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,awesome in those jeans.......cool babe......
I travelled over 9,000 Miles to Turners from Australia back in 2017. Jerry told me he used to come down to Australia to ride with the Australian Indian Motorcycle Club on some of their interstate runs.
I remember a hugh junkyard I visited in nj in 1978. The cars from the 50s were plentiful and still had decent paint and chrome, while the cars of the 30s and 40s were the ones that were rusty and picked clean. Time marches on!
when she talks and that smile , seems like such a happy spirit it makes me smile too
This yard is amazing. I'd love to spend all day there. Gotta love a woman that will happily explore a junkyard with you. She's a keeper.Just discovered your channel last night with the '56 chevy road trip. Subscribed.
This lady knows more about old cars than the man seems to know. She is a jewell.
don't simp.
She's a keeper.
Brings back memories of walking through salvage yards with my dad! It was always like a treasure hunt trying to find obscure parts
Fantastic just to hear this little lady enthusiasm as she's walking thru this junk yard we.ve all been there at one time or another its great to see hear her and you reminds me of myself as a teenager doing this same thing many years ago and yes if I could still be able health wise to do it i would so you two enjoy it to the max but no lie its a joy to watch your alls adventures thru your VIDEOS and everyday life GOD BLESS. YOU ALL YOUR FAMILEYS AND BUSINESS
........Wish I lived near that yard......I'm from Pennsy,,,,,long and far away......Saw two cars I owned in the mid seventies [ they were not that common ] ,, a 1966 dodge Polara -2 dr hardtop......and at video time 34:55,,,a 1965 chevy II ..............I worked as a dismantler for seven years...[ DeNaples auto parts ] ,,,,,near Scranton PA......that was a year ago.......I'm 73 still building machines....
Them jeans are fitting good girl.
yup no ass no tits
I couldn't help but admire the way those jeans followed the curves on those fenders!
I like her sunglasses more 😂
Always love a trip to the junkyard! Thanks guys!!👏👏🍻
That ambulance would make a neat camper for one or two!!😮😅😅😊😊
One man’s trash is another man’s treasure! 😎👍🏼
Holy Cow! What an awesome place! Worth the drive for sure! 100%! Thanks for letting us tag along! Safe travels!
I would be like a little kid in a candy store again back when I grew up in the 70's, I could get a ton of candy for 50 cents and I had to beg for it! Usually got a quarter but I would sometimes hit the jackpot with the 50 cent piece with Ben on it! 😊
Thanks for taking us along
This is what you call heaven!
Danny that was some funny shit..."Jasper get over here"😂
You could almost spend a second day covering all of that yard! We again thank you two for your help and your help showing the yard to us and I might just do that sometime soon.
Some really cool stuff that you have shown us today and we thank you for everything you have with us!
My My did you see that rear end...😊
90% of why people watch …
Kinda Flat, but still nice!
What a great video, nothing more fun than exploring old salvage yards, love watching you two, always seems like you're really enjoying life ❤❤ PS liv really looks great ❤❤

I'm making headway on getting caught up on your previous videos and loving each video and both you guys 😊👍👍🧡
Some neat stuff in the 2nd part of the wrecking yard. I could wander around it all day.
Great video. Love an old school junkyard!
Awesome guys, it was my favorite field trip as a kid going to the junk yards with my dad. Still love it
What a cool place, preserving history!
Glad I found you guys again Keep up the great videos
New subscriber from nyc, love your channel, thank u, im sharing it with my motorhead community
Hi guys, I wish I was there with you. I’m from Selma,Ca. It’s been about 8 years since I’ve been back home. I ❤ every thing you do. This is just like being there for me! Keep up the good work. RW
Cadillac's are front wheel drive, thats what you were looking at. Love from Australia.
Only the eldorado's
I grew up with a Jerry Turner. He's like my brother. 👍. Good people!
I usually snag my Levi's rummaging through junkyards like that on some metal edge or something. And Levi's are getting more difficult to find too.✌️💙🎶🍦
Awesome junkyard, 👍 thanks for the tour. my project, is a -63 lemans, 400ci, muncie M20 and 8 3/4" mopar rearend
I am SO enjoying this video ! @39:30 you are looking at at front wheel drive Eldorado 383 Mopar @45:25
Thanks for solving this! :) Even if I should have known myself lol
This comment is why I came to the comments
Thanks for the tour of the Junkyard! Have a great week! 💯👍
Glad you two are down in the dumps. I love junk yards too. That place has been around as long as me.
🇺🇸Hey guys, thank you for the awesome tour. I've seen a lot of junkyards in my time. Nothing that BIG. That yellow thing that was in the weeds that would be a pinto. In the car that you thought was all wheel drive I think that was an El Dorado front wheel drive. You guys are so cool. 😎✌🏼
That lookes like fun✌️ awesome ♥️
Buy the one with the old header in tact 😊❤👍👍 you gotta buy a vintage carburetor for your collection 😊 you guys are truly adventurous, thanks for letting us tag along
Been waiting for this to upload
The front wheel drive car looks like a 1969 Cadillac Eldorado. They were factory front wheel drive and collectable cars.
Or, good have been a Tornado also 😂
It was a Tornado and all Tornado's from the sixties were front wheel drive.
It was an El Dorado. However there was a 66 or 67 Toronado to right of that car.
Ghost Busters ambulance looked cool, bit worse for wear, thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Danny you are one lucky dude to have a woman to have a woman that loves cars like a guy like a guy this is just so amazing where can I find one
I can hardly wait for you guys to do stuff with the green barracuda! I just got a ‘69 and am anxiously waiting to see what you guys do with yours do I can get some inspiration! Great content!
Great tour 👌 thanks ☮️
Thanks for sharing.... i thought these places were all gone
Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for ‘58-‘64 GM X-frame car parts. They’re all gone. There’s maybe two or three stripped Impala cabs left.
There's a really nice roller about 5 miles from me that's been for sale just sitting in this guys front yard for about 5 years now, I've stopped twice to look at it and it's solid but it's just not my style hes asking $4,800 and it has a clean Massachusetts title.
If you are trying to find anything somewhat salvageable in gm x frame Bodies Texas, Oklahoma Oregon.....
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yeah,,,dem low rider clans cleaned out the yard.....
😂
You two continue to amaze and tantalize your audience with a awesome well-rounded variety of Gnarly videos...Other classic car videos on KZhead should follow your lead and not get stuck on the same thing.
That patina is nice 😍
Very cool thanks 👍
One man’s trash is another man’s treasure)))
I definitely see the future build out of that yard for y'all
This yard just got put on my bucket list, might find some 71-72 buick riviera boat tails there for the picking.
Tiki-Ko looks cool the water fountain at the front door has a E’Tiki statue on top … 👽😂
Excellent camera work 👍
I was there in 2019 awesome place to visit, and so much I wanted to take home lol
This place ❤is definitely like home to me,,,i need to move there and see if i could get a job there id enjoy this place for sure❤
Man, i wish i knew of this place sooner. I was recently in Fresno. I could have looked for stuff for my 1950 Pontiac.
My favorite used auto parts yard was in San Diego. Foreign and Domestic. They had a field of panel trucks that I wanted. Don't remember the name, too many years ago. Got parts for my 64 MGB. The place was way cool.
Great video 😊
its unbelievably sorted pretty good...doesnt get much rain there i suspect
O agrees with everything and smiles all day even when the car breaks down. I would rather be in a junkyard hunting treasures than dizzyland buying cheap plastic toys for triple their value
I like the posted signs with the Numbers to find the stuff that you might want it the rows!
I like her attitude. Oh look carburetors , look steering wheels, oh look at that one. all sweet music to the ear , I just need a little DNA .please, please...
It was the best when he quoted angry dad with “how’s the head liner” from peretti’s classics
All mid sixtys Eldorado, Toronto and Riviera's were front wheel drive. I suppose there have been some all-wheel drives but would have been a custom. Had fun walking through with you guys!!
Used to be a gold 57 chevy in that carb shed, it was solid with a 4speed sbc
Enjoyed the tour thanks and to the young lady your beautiful.
Ótimo vídeo. Adoro ferro velho.
I believe the little yellow car by the tree was a Ford Pinto, Guys😊👍👍👍
You are right way better than Disney, and thanks for bring us along
That's not an AWD conversion! It's a Cadillac Eldorado, which were all front wheel drive (FWD). The 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado was GM'S first FWD car, followed by it's cousin the 1967 Cad Eldorado. Dang some of those Corvairs looked very solid! Would love to see this place!! The Chev Corvairs, Cadillacs and ambulances are exciting! Was good to see some of the cars are truly about as parted-out as they could be! Thanks for sharing the video on this jewel!
You got that right. It’s a junkyard, with the emphasis on JUNK…bring on the crusher!
That grill leaning against the building you were wondering what it was from , it was from either a '69 or '70 Ford Galaxie . Both of those year models had that grill .
That girl knows cars. Respect
Nice body lines for sure
Those old distributor caps make great pen holders for your desk 👍
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this is 2024.......whats a pen,,,,please describe one for me...........
@@ThomasELeClair Two weeks ago pens were all the rage ✍️
I’ve heard about this place. I’m only about 150 miles away up here in Sacramento. I’m gonna have to go check it out one day about four years ago. I went to several private collections down in Fresno. One man owned the most 32s in the whole world, I wish I remembered his name but he had a warehouse full of just 32!
Santis Auto Wrecking? The son shipped everything to Australia after the dad died. Last time I was there I got a window regulator for my Studebaker (1981).
I love walking around old junk yards......But the original steering wheel is SO cool on your Tempest.....I would not change it out...but that's just me...I'm old school on wheels and interiors.
If you see a 41 Pontiac coupe let me know, I'm looking. Thanks again for your sharing this tour with me and my family! Always happy to see you guys and better than the Cable TV!
Thank you for watching!
@@GnarlySpeedShop and your welcome we always enjoy it and wait for the next one.
Super walk
Guys from Roadkill would love that junkyard...
The best thing will be to document all car bodies with one or more pictures and then offer them on the homepage.
1967 Cadillac started making front-wheel drive El Dorados
It was in 69 that Oldsmobile started making the Toronado, different skin, but same Drivetrain.
Some good stuff in there! Saw at least 3, 5th gen t-birds. 41:04 - that's a 2 door. A '67 I think, based on the front bumper. 41:08 light blue, 4 door on the left. '67 also I think. 42:03 - light blue, 2 door, roof cut off. Might be a '68 like mine.
Nice. I’m gonna call to see if I can get some parts for my ‘75 Ford F-250 Highboy.
❤ Sick!!
That old Dodge work wagon is awesome and well equipped for snagging the parts that you need! Hopefully it doesn't disappear if the poor guy passes away, I hope that they have family to carry on the business! I'm going to say that we used to have a few 100+ acres of salvage yards and I will say that we had at least two dozen in the Western Pennsylvania area and we are now down to one and he is 73 and wants to hang it up because no one wants to work for the man. Shame that they are disappearing at a alarming rate in the east coast or should I say the North Eastern states.
you have a woman that's excited about junkyards? Never let her go...
