Part number XA011900AV. I was advised (in 2012) by last guy I purchased from that head bolt torque is 200 in. lbs., start in middle and work out.

I guess, to each his own. Some advice if you ever torque down another head always chase the threads in the block with a tap and clean the threads on the bolts and apply oil to both the threads and underneath the head of the head bolts and washers if they are used.

Is the discharge pipe supposed to get quite warm? Mine does, so was wondering if it's safe.

Isn't that hole in the gasket for providing clearance for the rivet? Does the head still wobble when placed on the cylinder with the gasket in place? How old is this compressor in terms of age or hours?

That was my thought as well lets hope the rivit does not fall out now he has done that.

In the USA its all about safety, i wonder why the v belt and pully isn't coverd up🤔

It does have a screen guard, 2 piece, one bolts to the pump and to the tank, the belt access screen bolts to that one. Not sure where his is, but i have the same one and i have the guard on mine, because not hard to have a shirt, or finger get pulled in, not that it would kill you, but hurt pretty bad.

That is not how you tighten a head.
