Amazing Aluminum Recycling Process and Tour of a Bars Making Factory || factory process
Thank you all very much for watching my youtube channel.
Aluminum Recycling
Factory Process
I'm impressed. Look at all that safety equipment!
Thank god they are wearing their safety sandals. And I'm pretty sure smoking on the job will help him to breath cleaner air.😂
I loke how he found that plate and almost threw it in but realized he just got a new scoop for the scrap
No kidding, five seconds before that happened I was thinking “that guy could really use a shovel.”
Hard workers doing hard work. Much respect for getting things done!!
Looks like a broom and shovel might be a good investment.
How about leather/ strong plastic gloves? Life-threatening work immersed in such pollution, handling diverse and sharp objects.
Definitely! But that would cost money and the owners are cheap af.
or a mini loader,detergent,lighting apparatus,uniform
Or a move out of the nineteenth century.
Maybe it's to make sure all is being checked before it goes into the oven.
I think the one worker is always smoking to benefit from the Cigarette's filter to breath "cleaner" air.
😅
All safety protocols and PPE were utilized in the making of this documentary
Well the camera person had a load on for sure. 😊
If you look, they have a large shovel sitting in the back. I don't know why they don't use it. Really cool video of the whole process. I like videos like this one. Keep up the good work
Transitioning from the stone age is challenging…
Is there a place where I can donate leather gloves...or a shovel.
Thank you for doing this hard work. I do hope all of you get better working conditions. Much love
Imagine all the cuts and infections they get handling shards of metal with their bare hands.
OSHA APPROVES THIS VIDEO.
Is this were boeing buy there aluminium from
No i think its the other way around
Well done for the workers..👍
The metal mesh used as a filter just prior to casting the ingots is a touch of genius. At least it will trap anything with a higher melting point than aluminium (about 660 degrees C)
That bag looks like my crypto holdings...😂
I really like watching this video 💪💪💪
Excessive mention: كثرة الذكر One of the ways to solve problems (health, social or financial) 1. Ask forgiveness. 2. Al-Hawqla. 3. Praise. ( Taspeah ) تسبيح 4. The crown of remembrance. 5. Blessings be upon the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. With persistence and continuity, with the intention of solving the problem you face. Many people used it and obtained pleasant and happy results. There are many stories about those who tried it.
God bless your work
Who works in such conditions, doesn't enjoy long life
Lovely work, such hard workers! I enjoy seeing good jobs done well. Sometimes I think I'd donate a pallet of work gloves to them, but they'd probably get sold for profit.
Shovels have been invented..
Reciclar es bueno para el medio ambiente
Very good bro❤❤❤❤
Melting point of aluminum is 1221 degrees F. Pouring it while wearing open-toe sandals, what could possibly go wrong? A little splash, so they lose a few toes.
They have 10 toes, why worry about losing one or two?
They are not white. So don't worry about them.
Need to get that guy some gloves and Sandals
This country never wears masks, gloves and safety shoes. 😊
Health and safety, shmaelth and safety . 😁
not pure aluminium as there was a green flame that's indication of copper in the mix, maybe from that cable.
Notice how carefully that garbage is graded to produce the finest aluminum alloy.
invest in a couple of shovels
3:50 precisely measured
One time workers
Excellent Video!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Some one get that man some leather gloves.
Aluminium is a very sensitive metal: Witht he right mix you get something light and strong or light and bendy for example - you mix the metal to achieve the specifications. This is a wild mix with lots of impurities - and as deep as those pits are at the end it's also very soft and bendy. As a rule of thumb you can assume that hard aluminium makes shallow pits when pouring and soft makes deep pits. I once worked in an aluminium foundry and while I did not pour I made patterns and assisted when pouring time came. That was always the highlight of the day for me 🙂
You know these guys working around the melting aluminum are at a high risk of developing pulmonary fibrosis !! Too bad for these hard working people. Their bosses are somewhere safe and they're letting the people making his living a nice one end up with fatal sicknesses.
You could imagine running some other business by harnessing all the waste heat. Perhaps laundry, or drying food there must be something.
Nice safety sandals 🩴
I agree a shower does wonders
Everyone say buy a shovel but they have everything to make one.
Look away everyone … zero safety infractions here 🧐
I'm impressed by what these guys do just to earn a living for their families. There are at least half a dozen federal and state agencies and hundreds of regulations that would never allow this place to legally operate in the US.
I know exactly how that second part goes, there is a mining company here in Australia that has a few mines but is an Indian based company and they got into a bit of hot water at one of them where my dad worked...They wanted to bring in a workforce of roughly 5000 Indian miners and when asked how they were going to house/feed them the reply they gave almost made them loose that mine in its entirety "We're going to be allotting an area just outside the mine site for them to set up a tent city to live in even though we don't actually own the land we're thinking of using" when our regulations on miner accommodations is as follows "All miners must have their own living area supplied that has AC/water/power/internet and must be X meters from the food hall and within the mine sites boundaries" and that meant that if they did want to do it right they'd have to build roughly 5000 separate living units for them and supply each with AC/water/power/internet and then more food halls would have to also be built to feed them...And those workers? Yeah they were to be permanent workers as well.
I wanna see my union steward !!!!!
The fact that the dude is..."ladling out".....molten metal like it's a pot of momma's homemade soup, is curious enough. But _then_ ,...as it pours it into the molds, he retrieves the guard/guide with his _bare frickin' hands_ ....?!?! Either my man has *balls of steel* or *brains of a pea* ...!??! Perhaps,...a combo of a bit of both...??!? 😁
Not saying he’s not insane, but if you’ve ever tried pulling a piece of aluminium foil off a turkey in a red hot oven you’ll notice you can grab the corners of the foil and they do not feel hot. It’s because the heat energy is proportional to the temperature AND the mass. That little filter (probably a sieve from a kitchen!) is very light. Alu has a melting point of 660C and I’d guess that’s just barely over that. Also his nerves in his fingers are probably shot. My grandmothers fingers were like and she could happily handle hot plates etc that no sane person would hold. Freaked me out as a kid.
Is that a gas furnace or an induction furnace?
Those are steel toed sandals, right?
And some workboots? OSHA approved operation
How about quality of good ?
0 f's to give about health and safety 😊
Gloves would be a good idea
Plastic, paper, glass, rubber, brass, used cigarettes. Yep,100% aluminum!
by the time it’s al burnt, yes they probably have got mostly pure aluminium and with a bit more refining it probably would turn out 100%
Don't forget the sand from the floor...
Why don't you just make a bunch of terminators to get make it rich fast? Lol
I think the Liberal helping of floor dirt makes it 6000 series ali.
That's the price of having 245 million people.
You would think they would try to sort the scrap. What they produce is useless without further refining.
Owner should buy gloves for workers
Whoever it is, tell this person that "Smoking Kills"!
What happens when he spills molten metal on his slippers?
they should buy a shovel
How is it possible they don't burn their feet?
This should be used as an OSHA safety video. All that is missing is a 7 year old kid smoking a cigarette driving a front end loader 😂
Liver stenosis and nephritic syndrome are from aluminum poisoning sad that this is what the poor workers will get here and a short life and ill health for money.
isnt there anconnection between aluminium ans Alzheimer? One should not use deo with aluminium...
I think they do so overcome shrikage
Listen, I know recycling can be a low yield business, but I don't want the "aluminum" product unless the "human" worker has at least some protective equipment.
TRABAJANDO CON PRODUCTOS D BASTANTE RIESGOSOS Y NINGUNA PROTECCION CORPORAL D PIES A CABZA , COMO SI FUERAN ROBOTS 🤖
*no animal was killed for handgloves in this video*
All OSHA Approved?
I would rather starve to death than work in a place like this
Their working conditions is to be improved
Is all the 'stuff' they remove from the top of the molten aluminum all the other items of non aluminum that get thrown in there?
Looks that way, yes.
Smoking is mandatory
Probably the best air in the building....is the smoking.
In North America or Europe this place would be shut down for all sorts of safety violations
Ở đông Nam Á cũng đóng cửa. Quá nguy hiểm, sức khỏe, chất thải nhiễm độc
No gloves?
.......................after a hard 10 hour day the boss says here ya go Jambo...........your $3 pay check.............oh wait you owe me $4 for the new work sandals I bought you....................
man can the owners not afford a shovel and some gloves?
No safety gloves or shoes for the workers. Come on guys, you needs to get your safety certificate
What then happens to all the skimmed off slag shown in 11:20 - 12:41 ?
probably put aside and once there’s enough slag remelted and then get the remaining metals out of it
Why all greens do not go there and do not implementacja there own ideas?
