This tracker did exactly the right thing by remaining calm while an elephant properly sniffed him out. Chances are it would have ended very differently had he panicked.
The brave one here is the elephant, protecting his herd and facing the most vicious animal on the planet alone.
Legend says the guy is still sitting on that chair
The car couldn't move because of the ranger's balls size.
This guide actually pays the same elephant to do this every tour... they’ve had this hustle since he was a calf.
plot twist: the guy was passed out in his chair the whole time.
Plot twist. The guy isn't moving as he had already died of a heart attack.
Nerves of Steel
I worked as a safari guide for 10 years, got very close to elephants. There was physical contact there, tracker was totally cool. The body language of the elephant non-aggressive. Still a bit dangerous because if things change there is no time to respond. Having said that those big bulls often become very habituated, and in areas where they are not poached or hunted they become very relaxed and predictable. Awesome experience!!!
The elephant was so amazingly calm getting close to those dangerous humans
youtube algorithm: They’ll watch anything in quarantine
He's been practicing that method for 30 years with his mother in law.
I love how the guy filming is more concerned about his truck than the guy sitting 6 inches away from the elephants tusks
If you encounter an elephant like that and it tries to attack you, just say "STOP" , the elephant is not allowed legally to hurt you without your permission
They didn't notice the other elephant behind them pick pocketing all their valuables
Legend has it: the guy is still sitting there to this day.
Elephant: So you say you have 30 years of experience
Guy used the Jurassic park technique : " Don't move "
Legend has it the man is still seated in that position....
The man's zip was undone, the elephant thought he was another elephant.
Magnificent animals. I love them. I wish their environment wasn't so harsh and man left them alone.
