Exploring a Junkyard and finding Gems! + 240sx Car Meet

2023 ж. 25 Шіл.

It's always fun exploring a junkyard, especially a new yard. Sometimes its sad to see these project cars get thrown away, especially the ones that could have been saved..
It was time to take the 240sx out again! We drive to a car meet / car show and check out some classic muscle cars!

Idk if you remember but I also said that i'm going through a hard breakup, I was in a loop of bad feelings and randomly opened youtube, after I saw you uploaded a new video my sadness went away... Thank you, really, for being one of the things that are making me happy in this tough period!

  • I probably have boring taste in cars, but I like the 90s Caprice Classic/Impala in 0:50. It's very similar to the Buick Roadmaster in 2:04. These were used by a lot of Law Enforcement agency in the 90s before the Ford Crown Victoria showed up in '98. 14:34 I always liked the side mirrors on these AE92 Corollas. Yes, you are correct, that is a Foxbody Mustang. That is definitely a clean car! That pantina drag car looks really cool! I agree; older American cars were quite cool and were built solid. What probably happen that changed everything was - gas crisis in the late 70s - the other big three from across the Pacific gained market share (Toyota, Datsun/Nissan, Honda) with reliable, fuel efficient cars - those same companies also made cool, reliable sports cars (like your 240SX and 300ZX) Love the content! I greatly appreciate you bringing us along for the various adventures! Thanks and have a great day!!

Not fast but pretty fun to drive, got great gas mileage and you could fit a bunch of stuff in the back too. The other is a 98 Escort ZX2 coupe that I still own. It originally belonged to my dad who bought it in 02 with 42K miles on it. It's black with a grey interior, sport package, 5 speed. It's got a bunch of aftermarket stuff on it, wheels, suspension, bolt-ons, etc. I'd like to turbo or motor swap it some day.

  • Hey mike huge trans am guy here andd the way you can tell the difference between a firebird and a ta with that white one is see how its a flat fender? The trans am had side vents that cooled the brakes where the firebirds only had flat fenders also if it was more put together a trans am would have a bulge in the hood or later on in 89 it would have vents in the hood if it was a trans am or gta but I’m assuming since that car was a firebird it would have a flat hood. Sorry to rant about it and i dont know if you’ll even see this but just love these cars so much that i wanted to help, OH one more thing the trans am had a wing on the back in these years where the firebird didnt (granted most people installed wings on em reguardless)
