Tibetans refugees problems in Nepal is not new , refugees card are provide since 90’s and I believe it was stopped issuing fresh refugees card to and unlike Indian IC it has to renewed every year . Due to mounting pressure from china Tibetans in Nepal are in dire situations interns of legality of their status. LGyari was right mentioning problems but what you have done to escalate the Tibetan situations in Nepal ? Have you ever approached UN members or Nepali local bodies about their grievances. This is not a time to finger point rather work together and input ideas how to resolve to improve the legality of refugees situation in Nepal . Anyone can purchase motorcycle in Nepal whatever she mentioned is blow up as she doesn’t live in Nepal. Go jany Tibetan settlement and ask how they purchased their bike.
