DEEP DETAILING a Porsche 911T Targa // Restoration Detailing
We've got a DEEP DETAILING of a Porsche 911T Targa that received dry ice cleaning, a massive interior cleaning, hefty paint correction, and of course a car wash. This leather gets totally brought back to life after we're done with it!
This is a color that has the shop mixed feelings: What do you think about this color? Personally, I love it!

Best coffee color I have seen! The work you all do really shows how good these cars can look in the right hands
Thanks Craig! We appreciate hearing that a lot!
Beautifully done. Nice to see a color that isn't red/black/white.
Don't forget Grim Grey.
That's what I'm saying too! So nice to see something different
Truth👍🙌👏
The cordless brush must make for smiling detailers and clients. Man that works well.
Works so good! Game changer
The seats covered in years of oil and grime!!! After the cleaning they look new!!! Awesome!!
Pretty great transformation on this one!
All models of Porsche are very nice cars. I like the Cayenne. 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪

You guys are magicians. 😲
All slight of hand ;)
@@IAMDetailing I’m curious as to why you didn’t ceramic coat this one. Was it because of the age of the paint or some other reason?
@@markarmour4256 the final call is up to our clients ;)
@@IAMDetailing thank you for clarifying. I appreciate it.
Nothing better than watching 50 years of road grime and oil come off with the dry ice blasting. Amazing transformation.
Fantastic job🎉
Great! More than 40 years ago I had a '68 911 E Targa here in Germany.

Thank you very much👍👍🍾c'est magnifique comme d'accoutumé😉👍
Amazing work as always. The transformation of the leather was great to watch 💥💥💥
Huge change on this one!! thanks for watching!
Sweet double Caramello! Said it before, IMHO sometimes it's harder to get the subtle colors dramatic than the brighter ones and Victor is a master. Evan @10:39, can I have Victor do my old baseball glove? Happy Sunday & enjoy the 4th weekend guys! 🏁🏁🏁
I think you would never want that glove to be used again after Victor got ahold of it! You're totally right on the color - so much easier to see imperfections in a paint color like this. Thanks Peter! Have a great holiday!
Everyone wants Victor to work on their cars, now if only he could get to his Mercedes interior.
@@geofffikar3417 he'll get there on his vacation!
@@geofffikar3417 @peterbellini6102 just update: Maurice, Jonas and Pedro worked on this one 😉
@@IAMDetailing Thanks, I didn't think that looked like Victor.
Paint correction inside the door jambs.... that's pretty cool
Wonderful job 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you! 😊
well done job forgot the radio antenna to polish .
job well done ,but forget the antenna to polish .
Nothing short of wonderful!!! Both in reference to the beautiful car and the work close to perfection that you develop!! Absolute satisfaction!! 😊👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you!
Wonderful car!
Love the color-sepia brown. I had a '72 T targa like this just not as nice. Great job.
Like chocolate, beautiful job!
Willing to share what you used on the seats? Need to tend to mine. Cheers
Hi guys, love the channel, have watched pretty much ever episode. Can you please tell me what it is the you use with the soft brush on the drill. Is it a foaming upholstery cleaner, or just a multi purpose cleaner. Don (Australia)
What product did you use for the correction?
Nice job , the white brush on the cordless drill is not to hard for leather What leather cleaner do you use ? The after / before is amazing
We use swissvax or Gyeon leather cleaner. The brush is a similar material as the swissvax leather cleaning brush. Obviously you can overdo it, but it works quite well when we need to really get down to business
How many bags of waste towels does this generate?
Not my favorite car that you have done, but still great work and a fantastic video.
A very interesting color, for sure
❤❤❤❤❤
Very nice Work...but never wash a Car in the sun..😮😊
What leather cleaner is this? Colourlock?
Swissvax or Gyeon leather cleaner typically
дорогая находка, лайк😊
What interior cleaner was that?
Usually we’re using Gyeon or Swissvax
What year is that?
1973 😉
What happens to the letter S of the rear Porsche logo?
It’s tied to the opening mechanism and its WAY harder to remove, so its easier to get in there with a small polishing pad than try and remove the entire trunk mechanism
Now ceramic pleeeeeze!
Game recognize game ;) agreed
Not a color you typically see on a Porsche although it was definitely more common back in the late 60's & early 70's, especially when most Porsche's were just sent to the dealer in whatever color Porsche saw fit as part of allotments. While Porsche was certainly well known in the time period when this car was new, the company was nothing like it was today, especially in North America which is probably it's biggest market outside of Germany, BY FAR. Cars (even expensive sports cars like Porsche, Maserati, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, were usually either spec'd out by the dealer in a combo that they feel will sell the fastest (a practice still common today) or were just sent whatever Porsche alloted to that dealer and you had to take what color or interior combo they had in stock. Most car owners didn't have the extensive options available today and also for having the ability of ordering whatever color they wanted, engine choices, trim choices, even personal branding stamped on seat backs or special materials used for the seats, which can be done today on one-off special orders today much easier than back then, often being offered through new and emerging "Skunk works" or "Special Divisions" within the scope of most major car manufacturers today or previous design houses that eventually get absorbed into the larger company through acquisition and then made a special division of that manufacturer. Pretty much, the "sky is the limit" now days on what you can have in an automobile for the right price. Manufacturers are far more willing to do "one off's" and "custom orders" than they were back then which were few and far between and truly were "one off's". Granted, special orders were definitely still available but took much longer and had prices so high most people either couldn't afford it, didn't want to waste that much money (often exceeding the cost of the entire basic vehicle), and didn't want to WAIT that long to get it. They wanted to blast out of the parking lot on the spot in their shiny new Porsche, racing up and down Ventura Highway or Hollywood Blvd showing off to their friends or anyone else who would glance their way! In the now days of excess, you can even opt for full body massage chairs in your high end luxury truck! I would say "sedan" but damn, it's getting hard to find one of those on the roads anymore! I literally sat at an intersection today looking all around for a car. Nope.............ALL SUV's or pick ups. Big ones, small ones, camper ones, short ones, colorful ones, even a darn convertible SUV! (Huh?), YEP, it was a Range Rover Velar CONVERTIBLE! Ok, now i've seen it all. Reminds me of the short lived Nissan Murano SUV convertible which was double the cost of a normal Murano and as much as a brand new 370Z Nismo Edition! If you would have told me back when I was a kid that all cars would be going away so that every American could drive an mid to small sized SUV, huge honkin' full sized pick up trucks, or a Chevrolet Suburban that has the gas mileage of a Sherman Tank in the heat of Battle, then I would have literally laughed in your face. But, I was totally wrong. Maybe I need to invent a "Sports Truck" instead of a "Sports car" since that is the way we are going. Oh, never mind, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Bentley, Lamborghini, and a bunch of others already beat me to it!
Porsche's largest market is China, followed by the USA. Germany is about half the sales of the USA market.
Aren’t you supposed to clean the wheels first?
1974? 75?
It it worth the effort? Still an old car!!
Sorry, but I think the underbody dry-ice cleaning could have been better. Wouldn’t have been happy if it was my car and been asked to pay for it. !
What we missed or did wrong that doesn’t satisfied you?
Blurring the license plate in some clips but not others makes no sense.
yeah... gonna have to have a chat with the editor about that lol
ciao great work, you are good but, the color can not be seen, really bad.
Yeah this color gets a lot of people on the "no" camp lol
Is that the new format now? No talk, just dumb music?? OK, I will not watch this anymore.
they have never had anyone talking. Bye.
