  • Hi, thanks for the quality and informative video! I would like to ask a few questions, I hope I don’t bother you too much. Is RTX on in video games? And I would also like to get some advice on which laptop is better to take for gaming, i5-10300H + RTX 2060 or i7-10750H + RTX 2060, and about how much fps will be the difference?

    • Rtx and dlss both were off in all games and buy i7 10750h + rtx 2060 because it does not cause any bottleneck

  • I got Acer Nitro i5 9300h with 2060 & 16GB of RAM for $700. That's a steal because of DLSS. I'm sure even in 5 years, I'll still be able to play AAA games on High rendered at 720p DLSS to 1080p.

  • Just ordered a laptop with Intel Core i5-9300H and a rtx 2060.... mainly so I don't need to take my pc (which is heavy and pretty expensive now and always afraid of damaging something when moving it or dropping it) all so I can play some vr games with the family or friends it looks like the fps is doable for a laptop.

    • I did not check the tgp of rtx 2060 but in maximum laptops it comes with 80-90w tgp

    • @Олександр Немченко Hey bro, the higher TDP usage the better performence. Here is my experiment I bought an Lenovo Legion 5 with ryzen 5 5600H and RTX 3060, but my 3060 use 130W so basically this rtx 3060 give you more fps than RTX 3060 which uses 80 - 95W such as Nitro 5, TUF, Msi gf65,... The rtx 3060 with 130W performce as good as rtx 3070 with 95W. I heard that the RTX 3060 on Nitro 5 TDP will be up to 100W tdp forr the next bios update or even 115W

    • @Олександр Немченко yeah, the spec should be enough for you to play 3A games if u dont really mind about FPS, some offline games and 3A games should be enjoyable in 40 FPS and your spec also super good for pvp games. Idk if the Hp Omen perform better than Legion 5 but trust me. About the temperture, the legion 5 thermal even done better than Nitro 5 lol nitro 5 is known as the coolest laptop gaming but until the Legion 5 showed up xD. But Hp Omen has good looking from outside, it looks gaming and mix some vintage and also thin. The legion 5 not really thin but if you look at it you can also regconize its an Gaming laptop easily

  • Can you explain what bottleneck really means? Performance will decreases, this is the meaning? Or it will lag? decrease laptop life or some other thing

    • Bottleneck means 100% cpu usage When cpu usage goes to 100% then game can't use 100% gpu so the performance decreases

  • between Lenovo Legion Y540 - Core i7 9750H, Nvidia RTX 2060 and Lenovo Legion 5 Ryzen 7-4800H GTX 1660 Ti which one is better overall i found both at aroud same price where i live actually the rtx 2060 one is a bit cheaper

  • Hello, do u think its still worth to buy 2060 (non max q) laptop for now? I was planning to buy 3060 100w but i dont have enough money yet, i doubt buying 2060 due to the performance is similar with 1660ti.

  • Strange, I have the exact same laptop but can't even manage to reach 60 fps in ALOT of these games. I've had it for 4 years, or less. I even upgraded to 16 gb of ram, anyone know whats the leading cause? Perhaps, It's the cpu getting a little hot? or is it just that I need to free up space, my SSD has 55 gb left, and my HHD has over a hundred gb left.

    • Yes it bottlenecks in some games which are cpu intensive, heating problem is common in laptops while gaming

  • Looks like bottleneck here is processor which doesn't allow to reveal video card potential fully. May be 144 Hz of the monitor takes some resources. Anyway the videocard smoothes processor weakness.

    • HUGE difference. To give you an idea, using "pickgamer" (which helps determine if your hardware is capable of playing a game) and using the upcoming game S.t.a.l.k.e.r 2 (which releases next year as a Xbox Series X console exclusive and on PC), which has one of the most very intense demanding hardware requirements in order for the game to work properly, the GTX 1650 T.I is NOT powerful enough to properly run that game (unless you like 2 frames per second of unplayable mess). However, the RTX 2060 (even the RTX 2060 mobile version) can very comfortably run the game so it's playable in a normal way (probably no more than 30 frames per second, but it can definitely run the game in a playable and normal way with 30 frames)

  • I have the same laptop but i dont get the same fps in these games in battlefield 5 i have 40 fps on lowest settings. the laptop was cleaned from dust , i have a cooling pad, the temps are around 70 celsius when playing, does anyone have a tip on what could i do to make the laptop run games better? New warzone 2.0 should run 60fps+ but i only got 35 in it aswell.
