- if they can grab a female lion over two hundred kilos and kill her by breaking her neck snapping a human and chewing him up would really be a piece of cake over two hundred africans are killed every year by hypo mostly for crossing their territory or collecting water in their turf scary

Penelope is the perfect name for the baby hippo!. OMG so so so so gorgeous! She is going to be a beautiful for her entire life. Hope she can go in the 'wild' one day!!!

- She won’t be okay in the wild as she’s born in a zoo there’s no turning back but that’s okay because this zoo really takes care of their animals

- @@iateyourfather92Zoos actually do release animals into the wild pretty regularly. It just requires strict planning because if animals are too used to humans, they can’t be released.

- @@DustyHoney I know they do but throwing out baby hippo breed in a zoo would turn bad as it dies instantly. Growing in the zoo will make you lose skills and die instantly. “Freeing” animals that were born in zoo’s is nonsense. Unless you have caught them/saved them.
