Truer words never spoken. Now get this. They don't care if it costs you your job if the car stays. But they need to know, whomever comes out next will know by the example made of you, that you take what you are told to take or you take a hike to your next job. That car will be towed. And if they have to dispatch a 2nd driver don't think they will be cordial or communicate much with you. Lose the employer a contract is reason enough to fire a driver. They had oppurtunity to fix the car or pay for long term storage somewhere. Plenty of storage companies that can rent a unit to park a car in. Or someone with extra space in a warehouse or private yard who could take the money. Or donate the junker for charity or education of auto trades students and take $ or a tax rebate. Or fix it. Arguing with the tow guy is stupid. If its broken, and you know you can't fix it, and know you will be doing one of the things above, reach out to the property manager. Share documents or emails. They will work with you. It saves them time and trouble. Saves negative interactions. After all tenants/residents are THEIR customers. Is that too hard to understand?

I would love to see more follow ups on cars that you have to leave because they say they're going to move it or fix it but never do, or because they prevent you from towing by sitting in it, threatening you or whatever. In my state we have two different types of trespass lots or impound lots, we have ones we patrol and can tow following the rules that the owner has laid out and or the ones that are called in. I am aware that not every state has this in place. I love watching other states doing these kind of tows, helps so the different laws from different states, keep up the great work brother love the content.

I have unregistered cars on my property. That's a state by state law to fleece you for more tax revenue. I've been given numerous project cars and trucks from my brother-in-law because he lives in NC. Tractors, boats etc also affected. We don't even have trailer tags where I live. TN.

Just like you can't keep unregistered cars on your property at home, the complex can not have unregistered cars sitting around.
I have unregistered cars on my property. That's a state by state law to fleece you for more tax revenue. I've been given numerous project cars and trucks from my brother-in-law because he lives in NC. Tractors, boats etc also affected. We don't even have trailer tags where I live. TN.
@@emileewooten3874 in some states you need a junkyard license for more than a certain number of non-running cars.
