Women are usually more consistent than men around this level but its starts to really change once you get to 4.0 and above then men start to dominate more in consistency. You need to try and keep your eye on the ball more when you make contact, this will keep your head stable and the racquet as well. I see the ball flyes on you when you slice from the return of serve, try to hit more groundstrokes with hitting the return.
Made up NTRP? Because 3.0 league men will dominate 3.0 league women. There is about .5 NTRP between the sexes. 3.5 men can play with 4.0 women and so forth and so on.
