I love this video so much, you literally articulated beautifully how I’ve been feeling for the past year. Tho my situation is a bit different but I found myself resonating with most of what you said. As a big extroverted person my friendships were everything to me they were truly “the cornerstone of my existence” as you said, unfortunately a war broke down in my hometown forcing me to flee & every person I love, we ended scattering all over the world and nun of them is in the same country as me, I felt/feel a huge void not having my friends presence in my life (in addition to all the other trauma that comes with war too), a year passed now and I feel like I lost most of the connections I had weather it was intentional or not. I truly tried to maintain the same bond or at least a similar bond but it didn’t work I understand how everyone is carrying a huge burden due to the war and starting their lives from scratch, I already passed the point where I question “why” but it just pains me & makes me so sad that I feel like I can’t make my life as full as when I had them in my life. Dont get me wrong Im ok on my own and I enjoy life by myself but nothing wrong with enjoying life with genuine friendships. Im still young & figuring out life so we’ll see gods plan.
