You may have noticed a small number under my name. I am in hot pursuit of that number reaching 100K before @kaizentutorials If I don't succeed, my *_-entire family and career-_* sits in the balance with this wager. please subscribe *_In all seriousness, we are having a fun little bet with each other_*
I actually unsubscribed because of this.
Two of my favourite Blender Bros beefing? I'm torn 😩
Ok, subbed to you already
Bro there’s an ad for a fake iPhone cleaner app that has ur channel in it @Smeaf
Love the video, followed it tutort style, added the sample to my portFo, don't regret it. But... isn't squarespace a dead company walkin? I mean, ChatGPT just spit the code for 8 feature rich websites samples into my browser window based on the prompt "don't make me hate this" some random color codes and a spattering of topic relevant media that ChatGPT sourced itself from a copyright-free image database for building small business websites. All I had to do was copy and paste. Does SquareSpace have ChatGPT fully integrated? Because the future is yesterday. Just sayin...
- adds memes - engages viewer - convinces viewer to click other videos -step by step and easy to learn could not have found this youtuber at a better time 👍
All boxes ticked I see
And it's 3 separate shots in 11 minutes, out of which at least half the runtime was introductory talk for the shots. This is how you KZhead :D
I dont do 3D modelling or animation. I have never even opened blender in my life. Yet I saw the whole video. You have done a tremendous job here. Subscribed!
Wow, thanks!
@@Smeaf exactly even I don’t animate but I did the same! Just make your thumbnail and titles more inviting and you will get more audience lol😂
Really I'm like you bro
It is impressive how these more complex things seem to always have really simple solutions, and it's just a combination of simple solutions that make for really good, complex animations. Thanks!
Awesome tutorial! The amount of effort you put in these defs shows through
Thanks Brian! I'm so glad it does
Your choice of music, memes and sound effects are S tier. I love this channel so much
Bro honestly thank you
Another delicious tutorial 😊 Thank you so much for your generosity in the blend file and in the guidance.
You are so welcome! I'm glad it was up to standard
Really great tutorial ! Thank you for your hard work, you make it really understandable. Existed to see the next - from France
This tutorial is amazing, you have broken it down for a non-Blender user and given me so many ideas for what I can do. Keen to try my hand at this
That’s awesome to hear 🔥
Just wanted to say thank you for these videos! I work in C4D, but the concepts still apply. I've always wondered how people were able to achieve this specific effect, and you made it easy to understand and follow. You're a legend Smeaf!
That's awesome to hear! Yeah, most concepts can be transferred betwixt programs, there's just a different workflow.
It would be much faster and easier with C4D than Blender using a mo-graph effector instead of the manually keying and adjusting curves (unless you mean the liquid reveal part). I see other C4D people here saying what you have though. I'm a Blender guy since leaving the C4D studio I was at a few years ago. I use add-ons a lot to speed things up in Blender, and I think I'll defer to what's out there if I start doing more of this product animation again. I also miss the look of Redshift renders when my employer paid for it, but "free" currently makes Cycles looks better lol. Yep, your videos are great Smeaf!
Thank you! I’ve been looking forward to this breakdown for so long!!
Hope you enjoyed it!
The GOAT of blender tutorials🐐🐐
Thank you! It was the coolest blender animation video that I've seen
Simply awesome! Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Thanks, it's my pleasure!
packed with tons of useful info in a very short video. Thanks!
Just how I like it
This was.. fun to watch. Nice job!
This is some great toturial. Thanks a lot mate.
You are making learning 3D to feel like play a new videogame... this is so cool , subscribed
Although I'm not in Blender, this tutorial was so helpful for me with my animations in C4D. I can't thank you enough my man!!!
Glad to hear that!
The quality of this is awesome. Keep going!
I aint stoppin
Thank you so much i needed help with product animation!
Incredible value and entertaining to watch. Thank you!
Thank you!
Your editing, mate it's hilarious :D great work ! Also, this is one of hella useful tutorials !
That's awesome to hear, thanks!
Man just subscribed because you are a technical magician, like your simple tips&trick!!! that the way optimization!
This guy doesn't MISS!! Another amazing video Smeaf! 🧡
🙌 Thank you!
thanks for good content, i will never see one of youre videos ever again but you still doing great!!! thanks!
just subbed, can't wait to go through your channel and learn
Wow, best training video i have ever seen. The meme parts are just perfect!
Just found your channel, I’m in love, incredibly engaging and interesting, can’t wait for more ☺️
That's awesome!
Fabulous thank you so muchhh
thank you for this Smeaf, man this is just really really epic, well done, x1000 thank yous
Glad you enjoyed it! Now to practice that animation boi!
this tutorial was really spot on.
You are giving me emotions with that WII sounds
On a real note, I’ve been using blender on and off for 10 years. Something about other tutorials just never clicked for me and I’ve made some dope stuff don’t get me wrong, but from blindly following. The way you edit and explain has a huge effect on retention because even 10 years in, I have to say you have the best retentive video I’ve seen for a blender project to get the info to stick
Thanks homie, that's the goal!
Great talent. Thanks for sharing
My suggestion as a tutorial video maker is to enable key press display (at least for when recording the videos), and perhaps timestamps to music used in the video as well Thanks for the video, enjoyed it
This is some high high highhhh higgghher QUALITY videooo😭.. lovbed it
Honestly thank you so much 💛
Easy to understand and actually made a cool animation!❤
Amazing Tutorial! Love all the jokes and animations added into the tutorial 😄
Thanks! 😃 This was one of the biggest edits to date, so I'm glad it has been received so well!
One of the best tut makers out there
You made this tutorial pretty funny without sacrificing learning, liked and subbed
Thanks!
Great tutorial! :D as a mechanical keyboard nerd and a blender nerd, I love seeing overlaps in the hobbies haha
That’s sick, im just starting my collection now 😅
this video made me take a new look towards animation, good video
I love that
A right teacher can make the subject easier.
Thank you for this
thanks brother
I don't use blender at all, but I got entertained the whole tutorial. Great video!
Love that game ost are used for the bg music, good choice on cult of the lamb for the first one
Love me some of that lamb 🐑
What a fun lil video! +1 for mastering the graph editor!
Thanks Derrk! I love me some sweet curves 🤤
all i needed to learn, thanks
Mr. Smeaf thank you for helping me turn dreams to a reality. i was always a great artist but back before digital art was a think. i pursued an engineering degree and then became almost stumped after. i stumbled across your Blender videos a year or so ago and opened up a whole bunch of avenues for me and how i design. Now having both the physical and digital design aspects under my belt i cant wait to grow my businesses. Do you happen to work for some kind of studio ? I would love to pay you to basically take my blueprints animations and improve them for me. I would also love to pay you to promote my company as I am looking to hire fellow animators, 3d artists, game devs, etc to team with my engineers and change the world one step at a time. I know this may sound sketchy or like a bot account but if any other freelancers interested, this is an opportunity you wouldnt want to miss 🙏🏽
Really amazing video loved it so much! u gained a sub!
Awesome video! Would love to see more of it!
More are coming 👀
please keep up your amazing work
You twisted my arm, I'll continue
It is really insane how such high quality video of a relatively small youtuber puts it out here for us to watch for free!
I'm hustlin
NICE STUFF. Love you bro!
it's really impressive, thank u
Thanks for watching!
I learned 3DS Max when I was in university but totally forgot about everything. Now, coming back to blender, need to get familiar with all the most essential tools as I'm only doing industrial design.
Instantly subscribed
DK 64 soundtrack was an instant sub for me. Great content, thanks for sharing 👏🏼
Your videos are always entertaining :D
That is the goal
Awesome stuff! Subscribed!
Thanks Conchabelo!
Well done, very creative video
Nice work.
This gave me Finzar vibes. And I love it.
rama works shaking and crying rn
Awesome content once again @smeaf! Looking at the keyboard animation, please i would like to know, where can i find such a file detailed file/image containing the seperate parts of an electronic or mechanical device, and if there's a name for such a file or image, what is it called? I really need to create one on my own, maybe a watch.
Thanks Smeaf for Another Tutorial :D. For Someone who is into Geometry Nodes these animation could be easier (at least for me xd)
You're very welcome!
Amazing video! How did you do that blur and depth of field on the last rendering?
Great tutorial
Amazing.
I didn't knew what u did there but u have my subb
Really fantastic video
I don't usually comment on videos but man you're too good!
That transform individual centers option is very interesting I wonder if such an option exists not only in the timeline editor but also for object editing and editing vertices and faces on an object like say you have multiple objects selected and you want to rotate each of the objects all with one operation but you want the objects to rotate about their own centers?
Should I tell him guys?
That editing is funny asf😂🤣
Wonderful tutorial. As somebody who has yet to really seriously dive into Blender but would like to eventually once I have time, I really enjoy your tutorials. I actually have a question regarding something you do in this video I was hoping you might be able to answer. I noticed that for your shots, in order to create that effect of the keyboard existing in a blank white void, you have the sort of setup in your file for your backdrop that a legit photographer might use. You use a long, curved sheet as the backdrop. However, since you're working in a 3D program, you could just as easily (if not more easily) make the actual environment the keyboard is in a big white void. Is there a benefit to doing this? Does this help to recreate the lighting a photographer might achieve with their shots? Or does it prevent the shots from having their white balance completely blown out by a single light, since the objects would be reflecting an infinite white void back at viewer. Just something I noticed that made me curious, since oftentimes details like that can have a significant impact on the final product.
Can’t wait to watch this!
I hope it lived up to your expectations
Yeah man. Appreciate your work. Check out my short I made of the red bull tutorial on Skill Share. Did it with a different brand but was so awesome to learn! Thank you. Will tag you in it 😊
@@Smeaf kzhead.info3bpDso2uBtw?feature=share if you want to see 😊
Awesome Work!
Thank you so much!
Oh the memes... The memes!!!! Cool video, always making me learn more and more ;3 💚
Glad you enjoyed!
love those longer vids
I'm so grateful
😮 This video is an instant classic
Certified
i love this video but not for the tutorial because was thinking another way instead at the end is the same that i know ......but for the music... SO MUCH MEMORIES WITH OBLIVION 😂😂😂😂when starts the result is "blow up your mind" with emotions😁
This is dope.
No no, you're dope!
I have a question that after I rendered the animation, are there any way I could edit it to fit to an audio ? Thank you for this great tutorial.
helpful stuff
Bro your videos are amazing i cant believe its a tutorial video lol , can you tell us about your secret for lighting 😎
I can't believe it either, the edit *D R A I N E D* me My secret is actually littered all over my channel. Just soft boxes and variations of GOBO's and such.
This process should really make fans of chainsaw man understand just how amazing what they created is. That is a masterpiece not just in the amazing sound frames and the color pop and the character movement is seamless and unique I can only imagine how many of these frames has so far gone into one piece could you imagine over 1000 episodes 25 minutes long I mean it's a lot of filler but one piece is in my experience responsible for cartoon audio effects since the 90s
Great tips! How does modeling factor into you time on the projects and pricing? I have done some 3D in the past but I am not sure how fast of a modeler you have to be for a freelance Motion Designer doing product assignments. I am trying figure out what direction to go in.
With "Cult of the Lamb " perfect combo.
ngl that was a pretty good ad segue
ong
we love you smeaf
The funniest and coolest teacher out here.
😲 Thank you!
Another great smeaf vid
Yo, thanks so much!
i will comback whan i get the basics of blender , thats verry cool man but i couldn't understand a lot of things you said and made seem easy
Awesome!
YEEEEES FINALLY!
Worth the wait?
@@Smeaf Of course yes, thank you very much for the content.
@@rockballlbouax1123 It's people like you that keep me going honestly
@@Smeaf there will always be people to support you and I will be among those people who will be grateful for the amazing content you are creating, good job man!
thanks for this amazing tutorial , just got issue while rendering the second part don't know y?
Excellent video!
Thanks!
🚀 Absolutely mind-blowing tutorial! The way you've simplified these seemingly complex product animations is genius. I never thought creating such stunning shots could be broken down into such manageable steps. 🎬✨ I especially love the technique of using collection instances in shot three - it's a game-changer for efficiency without compromising quality. The attention to detail in explaining the graph editor tricks is pure gold for aspiring animators like me. 💡 Quick question: Have you tried applying these techniques to different product animations, or is there a specific project where you found these methods exceptionally effective? Would love to hear more about your experiences with this workflow!
I'm no patent lawyer, but why would it be illegal to share the original design? The design itself is public record, since they would have needed to submit the design to get it patented in the first place. The only thing I could imagine would be a problem is sharing the logos, which are likely trademarked.
