  • Эта история напомнила мне моих родителей. Папа строго, но с удивительной нежностью в глазах всегда говорил маме : "Меня похоронишь и сразу ко мне, здесь не задерживайся! Я и там буду ждать тебя." Мама так и сделала. Она болела и сильно скучала. Она умерла, чтобы снова жить там в раю со своим мужем. Любимые мои родители. Как же они красиво любили друг друга. Скучаю, люблю, помню.

  • Бесконечно благодарю автора за этот трогательный фильм!!!!Как будто Вы специально создали его про моих родителей😪😪😪 (они покинули этот Мир с разницей в 1.5 года) Перед уходом мамы я месяц ухаживала за ней и понимала,что она хочет поскорей уйти от нас. Когда я спросила,почему просите у Бога,чтобы он поскорей забрал Вас ,мама сказала-мне так не хватает твоего отца,никогда не осознавала,что так глубоко привязана к нему,понимаешь,пока мы жили вместе,я совсем разучилась жить без него...🥺🥺🥺🥺 Через пару дней, проснувшись ,она радостно сообщила,что под утро приходил отец и сказал что он тоже очень скучает по ней!Скучаете сильно,вот и приснился,улыбнулась я.Ты не понимаешь-это был не сон!!!ответила она....и следующей ночью её не стало😭😭😭Это было ровно 3 года назад ,а сегодня я случайно увидела этот фильм😢😢😢 Совпадение??? О,Бог мой,пусть мои папа и мама вместе будут в Раю!Амин! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    • Никогда я не пойму людей, которые хватаются за одного умершего человека, и хотят поскорее умереть, в то время, когда здесь, на Земле, у них много живых близких, которые нуждаются в их тепле, любви. Понимаю, когда уже старость, это ладно, ты жизнь прожил, детей вырастил. Можно спокойно умирать. Но, когда ты еще молод, и тупо спускаешь свою жизнь "в унитаз" находясь в скорби, при этом имея маленьких детей, других близких... вот этого мне не понять. Так было с моими близкими. Я выросла сама по себе, как сорняк, в то время, как они запивали своё горе алкоголем, ну и естественно умерли раньше времени из-за этого.

  • She didn't bury her husband and when she accepted the reality and buried him, she became sad. The opening of the door and first expression of surprise and then smile on her face represents that she can still live with his memories. Nice work.

  • Without reading the description, I would have thought this film captured the emotions of having a dying spouse. Anyone who has experienced a loved one with Alzheimer’s, cancer, or any terminal illness can relate to having the person alive, but a part of them has died. And then one day they are completely gone. Heartbreaking.

  • 문 앞에서 주저하는 모습이 지금의 내 모습이다. 1년 전 돌아가신 엄마 외출하고 돌아 와 현관문 열때면 큰숨을 들이마시고 주저하며 현관문을 연다. 혹시 계시길 아닌건 알지만....끝내 눈물이 주루룩 ....이 애니메이션 대사도 없는데 사람을 울린다.

  • Such a sad but beautiful love story. My interpretation is that the woman could not let go of her husband after he died. But when she collapsed on the floor while dancing with his skeleton, that is when she actually died. When she is placing the wreath on her spouse's grave, she does not know that she herself has expired. Then, when she enters the house, she sees herself dead on the floor with her husband's bones. She becomes happy because now she realizes that she is reunited with him - locked in an eternal embrace with her beloved, forevermore. ❤

    • Correct. The wife died because towards the end, when the credits/acknowledgements were rolling, there were cobwebs on table, pics and everywhere signifying house has been untouched and no more life in a long time.

  • Always awed by how we can all see the same thing and draw different meanings from it. For me, this short was an invite into the one fate we all have in common: death. When she danced with him and his face showed as a skull, I was reminded that we’re all constantly dancing with death. It’s always with us, much like life is with us. When she buried him at the end and found light afterwards, it spoke to me about how, letting go of our desire to beat death helps us live better. I love this short so much.

  • Wow! I was married at 15, and I am now 64. This film captures the love felt for another so well. While we are divorced now, after 42 years of marriage, we still remain very very good friends. This short film is magnificent! You all should be so proud of yourselves! I love it! 😊

    • Знаете, мы с Вами ровесники, мне тоже 64. И мы тоже уже 43 года вместе! И он дарит мне цветы и называет меня ласково, как в молодости. И помогает во всем. Это счастье не каждому дается. Я пишу картины, я всегда мечтала рисовать, а теперь на пенсии я творю, встречаю дочь и внуков и ухаживаю за цветами. И мой дорогой всегда рядом со мной. Он до сих пор работает, так он чувствует себя молодым и востребованным. Всем желаю долгих и счастливых лет! Казахстан. P. S. Фильм отличный, спасибо авторам и команде. Удачи!

    • Hola lamento lo que paso se que es triste pero te diré algo yo creo en otra vida no por religión sino por que mi madre hace muchos años atrás estuvo muerta 45 minutos la iban a llevar a la morgue por que eso sucedio en sala de operaciones y si hay un más allá yo también he estado en dos ocasiones por menos tiempo lo volverás a ver el amor es eterno e inmortal seguro esta a tu lado cuidandote y no lo ves ya se volverán a encontrar. 🌈❤️🍀

  • Physical death is only an illusion as it's only a separation from a separation. But as long as that person is in our hearts, they live on. This is why we must cherish every moment as we create beautiful memories. This video is so deep. To everyone who has had a Loved one departed or separated from them on this physical plane, Find consolation in knowing that they live on. And they're always with us. Only we can see them physically, but they are there. ❤️

    • Sad animation. But if she kept the decaying body of her husband until it became a skeleton, she would have been dead by then due to the thousands of bacteria that are involved in the decaying of organic matter, but anyway as I identify myself as being a religious monotheistic believer, I love the fact the the "life after death" idea is promoted in this animation.   • This is just a story but my grandmother.. expired in the same way,after knowing that my grandfather passed away,she stopped drinking water , taking food. When we forcefully given her food,she spitted it out .. leave but sleep,she continuesly weeping for weeks .she didn't involved with anyone in any small conversation,she isolated herself even we are beside her ..she never involved with us .. slowly she left within 1 month 15 days .. i don't about pain of death but I saw her pain more than death ..those one month 15 days are hell to her .. she lost her consciousness

  • A couple years ago, I lost my dad 5 days before he'd have turned 78. What was intended as a surprise visit for his birthday, instead became a trip north for his funeral. During that visit, I found a ball cap on the back seat of his car - an unassuming cap with "US Army Retired" embroidered on its body. I snagged it. That hat hangs on my stairwell banister; and I confess I find myself talking to it on occasion - granted, the dialogue is quite one-sided. But I get it - this beautiful lady's interaction with a skeleton is her version of talking to a hat. Grief takes as long as it takes. Daddy, I miss you dearly.
