Temporal reign is a perfect talent for Chou, especially roam Chou because Chou needs 1st and 2nd skill before he chases enemy with ultimate. So Chou can escape from the enemy easier with temporal reign. This talent is also excellent for Valir because Valir has weakness, in which his ultimate doesn't reset his non ultimate skills especially 1st skill. It's very troublesome. Temporal reign will solve it.
I used my main Lapu-lapu to be my favorite fighter for all his kits, and now he became stronger now with revamped Temporal Reign. And heck, Alucard will became more of a head-on fighter with this talent too (if only he avoids enemy CC chain...you know... his counter)

The visual clarity for turret blast is nice. But also sad that moonton always forget that "fog of war" On this game is kinda weird and we can litterally see enemy skill effect even we dont actually have the vision there. Hope moonton work on this mechanic too someday.

Temporal Reign on Alucard and Freya can also be a good choice since the window(white circle) is there, so there's less delay for their skills. I'm also curious about Fanny's 2nd skill, but there probably won't be any noticeable difference. Chou's can be interesting and Alpha would also be disgusting. Cyclops can be great as well. Maybe Lapu-Lapu can also benefit. Indirect buff on Karrie as well. What about Harley. How will Helcurt's 1st skill benefit from his ult... would it be 5 times faster(additive instead of multiplicative)? Uranus and Esmeralda can benefit too. Paquito might be broken. I wonder how Yin would react, double enhanced first skill with enough cdr? Julian? If Fredrinn's third skill counts as an ultimate, then the cc combo would be even more broken combined with max cdr. Overall, Temporal Reign's neat and might get nerfed.

In my opinion, temporal reign is an indirect Kagura buff. I think Kagura mains who enjoy outplaying their opponents would really like this, including me. With Kagura, her main build is burst damage without cooldown and then escape. With this, its easier to actually make clutch outplays and escape depending on when you should use this talent for the enemys lineup, even cdr kagura would be good too because that makes her ultimates unstoppable with a higher rate of escaping without having to calculate the exact time of when you use your second skills and umbrella.

Don't like winter crown. Odette with that item will be too op, so as heroes with big aoe skills. So instead of not being able to cancel your skills when activating the winter crown, how about just make it that you can activate frozen state even under cc effects (except suppression of course)

Im calling it, they need to tweak down Temporal reigns CD boost, its too good, like broken good. Most heroes these days have a 1st Skill or 2nd Skill or both low CD but high DMG, like Alpha, Yu Zhong or Benedetta, and those guys have only like 3 to 4 seconds of CD despite capable of doing over 1k or more damage.
