This entire procedure needs to be changed. Call the fighter and give him/her 24-48 hours to report to a testing facility for a blood/urine test. If they're concerned about cheating, watch the fighter pee in the cup or do a blood test. If a fighter really wants to cheat, they will find a way. What would stop a fighter from bribing the urine collector? No other sport does this to their athletes.
