【How to draw a face from any angle】Hello, this is Esu. This time, I'd like to show you how to draw a face with angles. If you imagine a box, you can draw a face with a three-dimensional effect. So let's use the image of the box to draw a face with various angles. Watch the video for details!

  • 5 seconds into the video and my mind has already been blown. That technique is so simple, but so effective. Pretty sure it can even apply to limbs and the torso, so this truly is the ultimate technique for perspective.

  • Honestly, everyone says digital art is stupid and easy and dosen't have any value. But I use Ibis Paint, and trust me, it's NOT EASY.

    • I never did understand the people who say digital is easier or cheating. Like, no it really isn't. Uding a ruler tool, for example? That's literally the equivalent of your actual ruler.

  • This is super helpful!!!!!! The box helps me remember the difference in head/chin space that's being seen through different perspectives! Thanks so much! If you haven't already done one, can you do one of perspective poses, such as foreshortening and stuff?

  • As someone who knows how to draw faces already, you will understand the vid more if you know how to imagine head and its angle if you already have thoughts of what your drawing will look like, your hand will surely cooperate with your mind this is hard because our mind is powerful there's just suddenly other things that will interrupt your first thought this is my experience and my opinion too so if you draw everyday I'm sure you'll know what I am talking about so like I said don't just practice how things work try to widen your mind and imagination too again if you already have thoughts of what your drawing will look like, your hand will cooperate too it's like playing guitar it feels like you're playing guitar without knowing the chords but your hands already know what the chords you'll be playing next because I think there's this ""something"" in our head that our hands already know ugh what I am explaining is ineffable!why I can't explain it in words?!back to the topic know what your drawing will look like,and if you can do this now you will just draw this and that ,like you already know where exactly the ears are the nose, mouth where the eyes are looking at where the head is pointing at together with its neck and what your characters doing etc.. (long story short->)the vid shows the guidelines it's actually a guide and besides the guide try to blend in your imagination!And Voila/Wah-Lah/Vwa-Lah there you have it!!😊💞 (Please excuse me it's my experience and I am sharing it with you guys hope you guys understand what I am saying 🥺)

Art is a skill, not a talent. You are not born with the ability to draw, it is something you develop over time.
