    • @Artist Extraordinaire Whenever I do watch tutorials on how to draw boys, they either say stuff really softly or either explain it less detailed and some of the styles they explain aren't my style and I was looking for this style. Meanwhile, Ibis paint X actually gives tips and explains it very goodly.

  • Thanks, i can see a lot of mistakes in my drawings now. -using the same female face base for males -using small neccs for boys -mouth shape problems -big eyes -unporportioned hair -i hide the ears or ear wrong position -unbalanced face -simple hair My fingers were trembling the whole video realizing my mistakes

  • Remember, this isn’t a eye tutorial or hair drawing tutorial. So the details on drawing that aren’t as detailed if it was a whole video. It’s a tutorial on drawing boys.

  • These are merely Guidelines....not actual rules. If you wanted to draw a young kid (boy), his characteristics would fall under some of the girl traits too: - larger, more expressive eyes - rounded jawline But if you're trying to make a Bishounen guy, you can do all of these in the video. Guys will have more defined features in their design....but Bishounens will actually have many of the features shown in the example of the girl on the right. They just tend to not have large expressive eyes and instead, smaller eyes much like on the left. Find examples you know of and just memorize things that you like about them and take a second to think about how the artist made it and why it looks good to you. That's basically how learning art works.

    • @@ol3659 えぇ！？ 真っ直ぐ見ている前提だからと分かりやすくここまで寄り目で描いたら どこ見てんの？笑 状態w コピーすれば良いってもんじゃないでしょ 便利だけれど、これは絵が上達し難い原因となる機能なんですよ 左右非対称だから云々と左目を描き直しているけれど、結局形は「ほんの少し左目が狭い」 向きは人物側から見て「ほんの少し右を向いている」ことになりますよね？ そして目の位置、幅、大きさなど含めて「真逆になっている」んですよ 構図として矛盾した絵なんです 鼻筋も正面を向いていないでしょう？ そもそもね正中線まで入れて正面顔を描くのなら、鼻の形も喉仏の形もオカシイんです 構図として間違っているということです 等ツッコミどころ満載ですよ(^^;) 挙げ列ねたら枚挙に暇がない程です 絵の好き嫌いではなく、構図の問題です それが判らないのでしたら他の絵師さんで勉強しないと上達しないですよ汗 良い意味で勉強になる絵ですけど…ダメな構図例として なーんか自分にマジレス乙ですwww
