  • If you want a simpler version of that "vintage" effect (which is really a light glow effect), you can get the blur brush, lower the opacity, and there u go.

  • IBIS paint DOES have a pallet picker (kind of) If you go to settings and turn on "Reference Window" you can load an image separate to the canvas, in which the eyedropper tool works Allowing you to be able to steal the palette 😈

  • Actually in the reference window while it won't turn into a colorpallet you can still use the eyedrop tool to pick colors from your reference. Atleast thats what I remember from using Ibispaintx.
