Fury and Usyk have a rematch clause. Fury vs Joshua is 18 months away at least. I doubt it ever happens.
I think Usyk beats Fury and retires to be honest, he has already said he "needs" undisputed and that is his goal. Beyond that he has nothing to prove in boxing and money is not a motivational factor for him as much as Fury and most of the others. So there may very well not be a rematch and it would pave the way for Fury and Joshua to fight for all the marbles IF Fury doesn't also retire off the back of what will almost definitely be a wide and potentially embarrassing defeat for him.
Anthony Joshua was offered 40 percent split by Fury but he ducked Fury twice in 2023 to fight Franklin and Helenius😅

Everyone seems to be saying "Fury vs AJ is the fight to make, it's the one the fans want".....No, the fight alot of boxing fans want is the undisputed between Usyk and Fury. Perhaps not the biggest fight commercially, but the most important fight hands down!
Let’s just focus on Fury vs Usyk first shall we , in my mind it’s currently a much more important fight .

The only thing I don't like about this event is the focus on the promoters. The promoter works for the fighter, not the other way around and the implication it is the other way around is strong here
Fury and Usyk have two fights. Hopefully Joshua finally fights someone in the top 10 at least

I don't get why people have to pick sides. Usyk, Fury, and Joshua all deserve to sit at the elite table. Wilder has earned a chance to rebuild, although it seems like he's found a calmer pathway in life (good for him). Parker could step up to the elite table next. Frank Warren didn't sound that keen to set up the AJ fight. Things have changed since Fury and Queensbury were so keen after the Usyk loses. Styles make fights, and I've always believed that Joshua would be Fury's toughest opponent, but I would respect him more if he just stopped trying to manipulate his legacy and do his talking in the ring. I did favour fury to beat Joshua 60/40, but since Ben Davison got involved, it's now 50/50. It would be a great fight, and, imo, would cement both of them in the boxing hall of fame with Usyk.

Been here before. In reality it probably wont happen anytime soon. Plenty of good fights for Joshua. Zhang, Joyce, Wilder, Parker and Hrgovic will be easy to make while Fury has his contracted two fights with Unbeaten unifed heavyweight champion Usyk. If all the stars align the brilliant but anything can happen in boxing and this fight is nowhere near made.

Well, Fury has two fights with Usyk and if Fury wins he will have mandatory obligations. Fury doesnt care about the IBF so will throw that in the bin so to make this happen Joshua should fight Parker for the mandatory position. If he wins then he deserves to fight Fury.
The rematch is not guaranteed, we’ve already seen that potentially with Parker and Zhang. Ultimately if it’s what the Saudis want, which every indication seems point to that l, then this fight will happen. Bar another Fury pullout or retirement.
As the comment above said, rematch clauses in Saudi don't mean much. If Fury wins on May 18th there is a very high chance Usyk gets shafted and they make the AJ fight in September.
@farcry123x I doubt it. If its in the contract and he activates the rematch then what can the Saudis do apart make the fight or massive step aside. If Fury loses he's activating that rematch clause.

Wilder is the biggest fraud in the heavyweight division. If you dont think thats true, go and look at his BoxRec. Only top tier fighters he faced he lost. Best win on his record is the 50 year old Ortiz. Turned down 100 million to fight Joshua. Second biggest fraud is Fury post "come back" for similar reasons. Fury is good but not great. Wilder is pish. Joshua beats them both which is why they both steered a wide course around him.
