I’m pretty sure I was the only white belt at ADCC East Coast trials. The match probably went how you expected. I want to compete as much as possible and I wanted to experience trials for the first time although I knew the reality of the situation I still wanted to have a better showing than this but it is what it is we keep moving forward.

You should train the hell out that uchi mata from different setups. With your hips no one will stand a chance.
I plan on working on my stand up in general but yes I agree uchi mata would’ve at least helped create a scramble.
I thought the same about him hitting some judo comps. Will be fun and you’ll develop your game

Wtf bro straight up threw a hammer fist to break your post. ADCC rules clearly state "no striking of any kind." The ref was looking right at him, too.

Also brother PLEASE do yourself a favor and wear a mouthguard in these comps. It is very easy to break your teeth in the standup.
Craziest thing is I was wearing my mouthpiece but it got knocked out it was on the mats after I lost. I left it on the mats.😂
