    • Honestly Shaq was a pretty good passer too within the design of the Lakers offense at least. In his prime he was very skilled at forcing and then exploiting defensive breakdowns when defenses would desperately double and triple him to try to stop him. Which made for easier passing opportunities than the kind of astonishing wizardry Jokic is able to uncork basically every game but it was still a super valuable part of his game.

  • Chuck is right to a certain extent with Dlo but your starting PG can't go 6-20 and 1-9 from 3 after last season where you got benched for averaging 6 pts on 32 FG% and 13% from 3, while getting called out by the opposing coach and player (Bruce Brown).. Nobody is asking Dlo to average 25 but you can't play how you were playing in the regular season, pre/post trade deadline and all of a sudden you fall completely off a cliff and become almost unplayable.. Also Lebron can't have 7 TO's and the bench outside of TP can't go scoreless..

  • Did I hear that Austin Reaves and Rui said they have to shoot more? Good. That's a key to the Lakers success. Reaves, IMO, is their 3rd guy. Russell can score and such but when Reaves is on he can score, playmake and rebound and even if he scores say 15, if he's dropping 7 or 8 dimes and getting about that many rebounds, that's going to be big. Rui has to be a force as well. So, Ham has to think of a bunch of different looks to guard Jokic and Murray rather than tiring out two of their major offensive weapons after their two superstars. Jokic and Murray need different looks and Rui and AR need freeing up some. Bron needs to play fewer minutes. Law of averages. It's about that time the Lakers take a game or two. Still see the series going to Denver.

  • Murray had a bad night shooting, and Jokic had 3 less assists than hes averaged against them the last 8 games. Lakers have to win tonight, and Jokic will be looking for mistakes to exploit. Also Shaq, I watched Nene out run you in almost every game you played and Jokic is in way better cardio shape than Nene.
