5 habits that will improve your football skills - learn how to live your life like a professional footballer! In this video we go through 5 habits that you have to learn from professional footballers in order to improve as a player and ultimately become a pro. These habits go unnoticed from a lot of young players but are vital to living your life like a professional athlete - even if you're not one just yet. Close to every professional player like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo share these same important habits and you simply have to adapt them to your lifestyle to increase your chance of making a career out of football! Watch the full video now to learn these 5 habits that you need to learn from professional footballers!
The first important habit is being competitive. Every professional athlete has a high level of competitiveness engraved in their system - they absolutely love winning and hate to lose. Being competitive in everything you do ensures you always give your maximum effort - whether you're at the training ground or playing the most important match of your life, and being competitive is something every professional footballer has in common.
The second important habit is always putting your team first. Football is a team sport and no club in the world wants to sign players that are selfish and only focus on their own football skills in matches - and learning how to be a great teammate and always putting the team first will take you far in football.
Important habit number three is being willing to embrace new challenges. If you get too comfortable in your training life, you will most likely end up not working as hard as you should - and that will lead to not developing as a footballer. Learning how to get out of your comfort zone and constantly giving yourself new challenges will keep you "on the edge" and make sure you always give your maximum effort no matter what it is that you're doing!
The fourth habit in this video is taking care of your body. In order to have a long career, you need to stay fit and make sure your body is operating at its maximum level - and that means you need to make sure you get enough rest and recovery, fuel your body with the right food, develop your training routines as you get older and consistently implement injury-preventing exercises in your training sessions.
The last habit mentioned in this video is being prepared to face criticism along the road. Footballers are always in the spotlight and receive tons of critique - and whether you like it or not, you need to be ready to hear comments about yourself you don't agree with. The best players in the world such as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo receive critique every single day - and to get to their level you need to learn how to deal with criticism and have confidence in yourself.

5 habits you need to learn from elite players 1. be a competitor (love to win, hate to lose, keep this mindset all the time) 2 always put the team first (even though you're desperate to be the best on the pitch, think and get your team first in your mind, this is a team sport) 3. embrace new challenges (don't get too comfortable about where you are now, get yourself a new challenges and make yourself comfortable being uncomfortable, being too comfortable will slow down your development on football) 4. take care of your body (stay healthy and injury free, ready to perform at all time, dedicate enough time for proper recovery) 5. be prepared for criticism (be prepared for lot of criticism, never let it consumed you, learn how to deal with it) +:hardwork also will take you very far

that last point hit me.. no matter where you are, no matter which profession you belong you will always face criticism. when you're not doing good you obviously face criticism but you face criticism even if you're doing good. bottom line there will always be people who criticize you but don't let it lower your sprit. the same people who criticize you today for not being good enough will aspire to be like you.
thanks these things will help a lot

Mikkel Andresen recovery is a necessity, your body is not a machine. As much we’d like to work hard every day and improve ourselves, we must know our body’s limits and needs. This is a marathon not a sprint, best of luck to you lad

I'm really gonna become a professional footballer if Unisport keep uploading...!!! This might be the best video of yours..!!! I just stood runner-up in an 11-a-side tournament, [lost 1-0 in final], I was the goalie and I think I just lost that Competitiveness spirit(at the starting of tournament I only wanted a trophy, so I was okay in winning runner-up trophy)... Now I'm regretting, I'm thinking I could've worked smarter and made that clean sheet, probably would've won too..
epic
This year I have been injured a lot very disappointed and I still am

The one thing that stops me is that I'm scared or something to change my team. I'm too much in my comfort zone and don't want to leave my friends.. Should I like just do it or do you have some advice?
Just do it man. It’s gonna take a little while getting used to a new environment and new people but eventually you’ll start getting closer to them and it’ll bring up your confidence too.
“Footballers don’t become pros on accident.” Me who did a miss kick to win the final of a tournament for my school: maybe....

Why Don't You Guys Make DEFENDING Tutorials
I don’t hate losing if I knew We were very good on the pitch
Does height matter in football?🤔 please reply
The best thing is to be a competitor. Because if you will lose hope, you will never win. Failures come without doing anything but success can come only with your cooperation.

As most of your viewers are pretty young players you should also remember: 1. Don't let anyone overhype you. Stay on the ground. You could be great at your team, at your age or even the best young talent in history, if you stop working you can lose a chance for a successful career in a blink of an eye. 2. Don't party to much and avoid alcohol, drugs and cigarettes as much as you can. All of this is highly addictive and may easily overshadow your "addiction" to football, because alcohol, drugs, partying and cigarettes is easy and you don't need to put work into it. I personally knew few great young players, who reached one of the best teams in my country, but who then fell in those traps around the age of 16-18 and now don't play at all or just in Sunday leagues.
Now my team depends on me
I play in local club where almost 99% players are 24+ qnd i am 16 But i am one of the worst one there and no one passes the ball to me.Because i am a little skinny and everyone can body me easily I thought that it will be good for me as a player to play in a club with older and experienced players than me.But i get disappointed of myself because when i used to play with my age fellows or guys a little older than me i was one of the best there (if not the best). But now everything is opposite and i am losing my confidence slowly😞😞😥
i am 13 years old can youplease make a video important things to learn if you are young
I'm playing every day trying hard working hard I'm playing football daily 5h
