As much as I wish that could happen, incompetence itself is not a crime and "corruption" is just too vague of a term to scope in on regarding a proper prosecution case. On top of that, if the republicans went all-in on doing so, just as many republicans would be arrested for things like insider trading as the democrats. That's why the core reason why conservatives like Cruz, Hawley, and Kennedy are largely working alone and just desperately doing all they can to roadblock the left's agenda.

The left has been doing this for decades in the lower level courts, school districts and small city government. This was the arena that I feel most conservatives would prefer to not be employed in because of chasing the American dream. Perhaps more conservative should consider going into small government, teaching and city attorneys.

I wonder if federal judges have to go through continuing education and pass it before being allowed to continue.Even real estate agents have to take classes every two years to be updated on RE laws in their state, why not judges go through similar system? Their exams have to be much more vigorous too.

Pro se doesn’t mean the litigant is incompetent. Most pro se litigants understand all articles mentioned by Ted Cruze. It’s usually when you have an attorney these DAs win cause they usually take a plea.

Doomed is exactly the right word to describe what is happening to not only the rule of law~ In every department of the Federal (and lots of State's) government you find a plethora of unqualified employees. It's high time we end the practice (very popular with politicians, as it's a way to incentivize and reward donors and people who've worked on their campaigns) of appointments not based on qualifications. Prospective gov't employees should have to apply for and compete for job openings based on merit. And once someone is hired, they should only be promoted to a higher responsibility position if they are QUALIFIED for THAT position. As it stands now, they automatically move up the ladder based on time in service, or the "Hey, they do the job they have now pretty well, so I guess they'll be okay at the new job", or the "Hey, they haven't murdered a co-worker lately" philosophy. I have known quite a few gov't employees who were MORONS and should never have been promoted to the jobs they held!! Come on, people, WAKE UP!!!

These hearing’s lately have given me incredible disgust by how far the democratic politicians will simply walk through nominations of lifetime appointments and not listen to valid logical arguments from opposition. It’s friggin scary that one would argue for the affirmation of a FEDERAL JUDGE that cannot SPECIFICALLY cite the most basic principles in the articles of the US Constitution.
I had to take a one semester course in civics to meet high school graduation requirements. I vaguely remember that Articles of the Constitution established the structure of our govt. There are adults today, with both hs and college diplomas, that don't know the difference between federal and state (nonfederal) govt and the difference in their responsibilities. They're among the younger adults. America once had great public schools.

For the first time and the most defining moment we have the most iconic candidate from the most iconic family rfk jr, who is lifelong friends of the most successful President in history who used to also have many Kennedy positions!!.. a bird needs 2 wings to fly, a moderate libertarian Kennedy that hasn’t shifted right, the party jumped left!! Ask yourself if they would be United on the things that matter?? Yes most judges picked by this crime syndicate when dealing with cases of allegations of children in unsatisfactory homes, they whisk them away using their accomplice the CPS. They are using the court system to traffick. Usually an end user (sorry to be blunt but this is the way these children are being viewed as) is already in place to pull off the transfer
