Engage fight gear and apparel can be found here at engageind.com/
Get a glimpse of one of the fight simulated workouts at City Kickboxing, referred to as ”SPYDA.”
SPYDA mimics a fight gone bad scenario and is three-five minute or five-five minute rounds depending on the fight. This training is one of the more intense sessions at City Kickboxing and helps them get ready for their bouts.
Israel Adesanya, Alexander Volkanovski, Daniel Hooker, Brad Riddell and Kai Kara-France are featured in the video going through trainings with other members of the City Kickboxing fight team.
