Some people even who I just wanna be friends with but they’re being respectful so it’s not awkward at all. I overheard a guy talking to his friends about how pretty I was and they were like “just go talk to her” which means a lot because the boys here only sexualize girls and never call them pretty or cute or any of that. I’m trusting and knowing that any small, annoying, big, any problems will be solved anything simple too. I know my future after graduation will be bright and I’ll have time to work on music and art and stuff even with schoolwork and build up my career. Idk what I would do without subliminals!!! I never talked to him nor did I ever tell him my name and I heard it through the headphones so I took them pgf and looked at them confused and they both like bursted out laughing but THEY WERE DYINGGGG and I was like huh what’s wrong cause I barely had convos with my crush he barely knows me and yet they both know my name and suddenly laugh about me ??? And when my crush was laughing we were looking into each other’s eyes so I nearly died but I didn’t bc I was just so confused… It gave me the feeling that they might’ve talked about me before cause I don’t see any other explanation lmaoooo ! But also since our schedule changed I’m gonna have school longer than usual bc of an additional class period and normally today we would have that too and today we were supposed to end with TWO CLASS PERIODS OF PE😭😭 I have such a breathing problem so that’s really not ideal for me, I hate sports ! But since today was our first school day, we didn’t need to have additional class period yet so we only had one class period. Since it was the introduction lesson, we only had 15 mins to play a sport so my classmates chose one and usually laze around and do nothing out of fear to lose my breath (literally) but today I was doing my very best, I was trying very hard to help my teammates AND I enjoyed myself for the first time during PE !!! Also when I chose the teamI was in, one teammate (a guy) said " Since you’re on our team, we will probably win" so I was like you sure cuz I thought it was sarcasm but he was fr- And also during introductions we had to play a game where a classmate would describe another classmate and people had to guess who it is and the classmate that described me described me as extroverted…I’VE NEVER BEEN CALLED INTROVERTED. EVER. IMO I’M SUCH AN INTROVERT YET PPL WERE AGREEING ON THE FACT THAT I WAS VERY INTROVERTED LIKE WHA- I just feel more loved, noticed and appreciated now. I can literally sense, see and feel my entire being shifting towards my ideal self, slowly but surely. I deep down thought that maybe I won’t ever get my desire and I’ll have to live in my imagination forever but I’m finally really changing !!! I also feel more motivated to have good grades and be a good student somehow ?? Not only did I try hard at PE but I was also truly thinking about how I can be the BEST student. Things are finally turning into my favor… I felt so euphoric on my way home too and I literally cried. All I can think of is "I finally did it". Thanks for this amazing subliminal, Kai❤️

Guys, do you realise that your shadow self and every single character trait of you that you hate, even if you think it’s your whole identity at this point (emphasis on think because your mind is not you), do you fucking realise that IT WAS ONLY BORN BY YOU INTERPRETING REALITY INCORRECTLY? I can’t explain this full concept right now because I need a hot minute to recover from realising this realisation (queue Kylie Jenner realisation meme) but all we need to do is accept our shadow self. She was only there to help you see who tf YOU’RE NOT. Because how can a fake reality form your perception of who you are? It’ can’t and that’s why you’re feeling shitty - that’s your highest self nudging you to persist in the opposite assumption. For example, you hate that you’re shy. Guess what, you’re not. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to hate it. So you’re not shy, you’re confident, you’re comfortable in your skin, you make friends so easily, you feel so good around people. How does telling yourself that make you feel? Good? Bitch it’s your highest self talking to you. Please for the love of god (you) remember who tf you are, all you really need to do is follow what makes you feel good. You don’t need to hate your shadows btw, acceptance is the way, at least for me. Every flaw, every problem that I have, I now imagine them as a person, giving them a hug, telling them they can stay if they want, I’mma still do me and discard every thought that doesn’t feel good. Every single one - be ruthless. And that part of your shadow self? They disappear real quick after that - their role in your life is over because you no longer identify with them.
