I am a composer from Norway and I started this channel with a simple vision: to create a place that you can visit whenever you want to sit down and relax. I compose music that can be labeled as for example: sleep music, calm music, yoga music, study music, peaceful music, beautiful music and relaxing music. I love to compose music and I put a lot of work into it.

  • My Dad was in Icu and I played this in his room. He passed peacefully Dec 18th 2023. This music will always hold a special place for me and him. Rest in peace Daddy. You will forever be in my heart❤❤❤

  • SO WONDERFUL..after my son passing away almost 2 yrs ago..i find it very hard to sleep anymore..after 2yrs i need to try to get some...i havent really slept..ty for this and all the music you have made..it surely helps me on the nights im up until 3 or 4am....tysm....hugs

    • Sry for ur loss I’m 11 and lost my cousins and aunt when I was 7 it was heartbreaking but losing ur son the only thing that keeps u going is a true tragedy RIP to ur son and just to let u know many people r saddened by this story and everyone gets how hard it must be and ur son is watching u from heaven and protecting u and ur family

  • Love the audio. Truly impactful. Here's some bit of advice i have for anyone. 1) Define specifically what you want, the ideal scene, 2) Expand your scene with details, 3) Write it down, writing it down changes everything 4) dream building (go look at it, touch it, feel it, make contact), 5) see yourself in possession of what you want to attain and feel now as you would when you've attained it, 6) something you can attain within 6 months to a year, create momentum, 7) write down an objective or goal for 1-3 months, 8) what action step can you take tomorrow, 9) weekly chart or graph your progress One Love😎
