    • Dark Side of Moon ,leader and guarda for All those,which ,hm,....different ,dead ghost,,also called Hel,Nyx,Hekate ,Lucia, Inanna ,Freya ,oh,so many named for the goddess of crossways,and full mercy but judges,if you hurt one,so cruelty ,no,I NEVER harm anyone,/body /thing/else,get married on "her day",bzw,the night from 16 to 17 nth November ,18 years ago ,every year we make Handfasting at a three way crossway,and Never ,in 18 years, anything was able to harm our love,bounded in the hope of her guard and love,in thought s,we offer her our pure love in real trust ,and she is guarding all we have,for me,lillyth is only Another wonderfull name for her,our daughter should get the Name Lyllith-Lucia,but tfhe Universe decide,it wasnt right time ,so ages with mother moon ,with Lyllith .,..Yeah,we could say,she dont guard ,when we Lose her,but it wasnt her,all what happens has any meaning ,even we dont understand ,now,maybe never ,but we trust in the Universe and the goddess ...all whats happens ,has reasons ,Who am I,to judges,no,thats not my Job,and to see it from this side ,...its a bit easier to carry ,I only wanted to say,or better ask,if she not Was water?i think So,moon and so her is Äther and water,isnt it?i had to Look I Never Look for it,for so many,,but Never the Element 😅🤔🥴 happy mayening be blessed

    • The maypole was not introduced until the 14th century so has very little relevance to the festival Bealtaine / Bealltainn. Just because the Maypole is a phallic image does not tie it into a much earlier historic festival. Bealtaine / Bealltainn. The part of fertility festival was represented by jumping over the the dying embers of a fire to ensure fertility until the rest of the year. The Maypole has a fully British history. As stated above the word is not pronounced Beltane. This is an English variation.

  • The word Beltane is an Anglo version of the original words Bealtaine / Bealltainn. It's not Celtic, It was a festival with roots in Ireland also celebrated in Scotland and Isle of Man.....Celtic is an umbrella term that doesn't help the historic importance of the festival. Celtic is a far more encompassing than Ireland & Scotland. A term not often understood..... Beal-tin-ah with the tin sound being associated with the Irish word for fire - TINE is more inline with the original Irish vocalisation. Beltane is a result of the inability to pronounce the original words and wrong transcriptions over many years.. Celt comes from the Greek word, Keltoi and means barbarian
