What a coincidence, I had a real friend name Emma who had felt the same way about her anxiety since middle school, I’m so proud of her that she tried to face her fears by being confident knowing that she’s not alone in public. She’s really lucky to have a friend like Damien and Natalie.

I love this story so much, I relate to this so much with anxiety and panic attacks, it’s a lot better especially when you have amazing friends and family, the story is the best!

Omg. I relate to her, I suffer from GAD and depression. It is important to me to show other People that panic attacks are real, and this video made me feel amazing :)
I'm glad this story didn't end up as a betrayal of friendship between the three. Instead it focuses on sharing your experiences good or bad. No one should have to live in pain alone and you shouldn't think about regret. If that person is true and trust worthy you should know that they would never judge you for anything you've ever done we all have our reasons. Sometimes we have to be brave, I know that most people will care about what others say about them. This all leads to insecurities that lower our self confidence. We must learn to love ourselves and embrace our whole being, you are perfect the way you are.

That was a very inspiring story that Emma shared! I struggle with anxiety, and I am still coping with my inner demons. But thanks to the support of my friends, family, and my boyfriend, I am learning how to change myself as a better person as time goes by.

I think this maybe one of my fav stories not becz of the cute things becz I can actually relate to it ... to be honest seeing all the things Emma went through and how she got over it was actually inspiring becz it's helped me to get through everything I'm going through 😊... that's why I love this story ❤.

I like it when Emma pats her shoulder feeling proud of herself. Sometimes we gotta do the same and don't wait for recognition from others
This story taught us a true lesson. Since Emma had anxiety to traumatic experiences, she would always faint from having panic attacks. If shes reminded or experiencing something, she can end up feeling anxious and scared. Natalie was going through similar things and ended up violently scratching her palms. Since she made a play about her life Emma could relate to a experience and ended up having a panic attack. But then when she recovered, Natalie told her that it was about her improving throughout her life which encouraged Emma to reveal her anxiety. This really tells me something that is important in life.
This was different from the other video, but still fav MSA video cause it's unique and made me feel stronger you can also learn from it.❤❤❤

This story is so unique, talking about the real suffers of anxiety. People don’t see how much anxiety really is. Not just as a “disorder” or something like that. It teaches a valuable lesson about having friends, sharing your understanding and etc.
Some parts of the story reminds me of the kdrama true beauty . the story was perfect as always ❤
Thank you for making a video on anxiety. I struggle so badly with it, on top of being autistic. I’m diagnosed with social anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder and it’s been really hard to deal with them, I developed them when I was in elementary school. They’ve cause me to have gas issues and problems with dissociation. But they’ve gotten a lot better! Hope everyone else who struggles with mental illness and mental disabilities can also learn to deal or overcome them. ❤
Even though the girls in here demonstrate having a panic attack disorder, which is a different kind of anxiety than the ones I deal with.

As a person with depression, palpitations, and astigmatism... I feel worthless at times... and I wanted to know why I am living or what's the purpose of life. I still got those, but this video tried to make me feel stronger!, I really hope That I see more videos like this.... suffering panick attacks is totally the worst. At first I actually was worried natalie would turn out evil or smthg(by being jealous or smthg idk like other msa vids)but rather became to the most beautiful and innocent person in this story 🤗
MSA is kind of changing more like evolving there are less toxic people in the story and more understanding people and most of the bad characters are having a change of heart(it didn't happened in this story but in others it did) the main character stands strong more for herself and the stories are being made on more life problems It's good to see that!

This is my most favorite story of all and i was expecting something else like the other stories and i thought its just a love story and some fights between friendships and relationships but this one is different and i feel like crying because all of this is like my life but not like experiencing those problem my problem is different but the anxiety and panic attacks are true and it makes me so comfortable seeing this and it makes me feel less lonely. The symptoms are also true and i wanna have a friend like this and i know how anxiety and panic attack looks like ive experienced it too pulling my hairs if i cant calm,feels like i wanted to vomit and many other more. Now i know that feeling like i want to vomit is part of anxiety this actually made me feel like i dont have to be ashame of it anymore and my biggest fear is vomiting but i always vomit when i ride a bus or travel,when i ride high rides in carnival because it makes me feel anxious and gives me anxiety. So im very thank ful for this story and its very comforting and relatable.
