Joker es una pelicula del año 2019, dirigida y producida por Todd Phillips, quien coescribió el guion con Scott Silver. La película, basada en personajes de DC Comics, está protagonizada por Joaquin Phoenix como El Joker y proporciona una historia de su origen alternativa para el personaje.
Rock and Roll es una canción del cantante británico de glam rock Gary Glitter que fue lanzado en marzo de 1972 como primer sencillo de su disco debut y para el año 2019 pasa a formar parte del soundtrack de Joker, presente principalmente en las escenas de baile en las escaleras.

  • To think that what started out as a comedic depiction of a villian on TV ended up in two exceptional Oscar winning performances just goes to show how far the artist can take a role. Both Heath Ledger (RIP) and Joaquin Pheonix put their heart and soul into their depictions and both are worth watching.

  • Fuera de serie la interpretación de Joaquín Phoenix, simplemente Magistral. Encarna a la perfección ese personaje triste y lunático, con una vida difícil, rodeado de un entorno gris y sus problemas mentales, es una gran película. Excelente canción, con un guión brillante, diálogos bastante crudos y realistas, al igual que la escenografía, muestra el descenso de su poca cordura, el nacimiento del Joker en una sociedad, violenta desigual, colapsada y convulsionada, de todo este caos surge este brillante y desquiciado villano.

  • Lo que más me ha llegado de este Joker al estilo Phoenix es, además del tremendo trabajo actoral a mí parecer, es como un reflejo de la problemática que padece alguien que convive con un trastorno mental y el no tener apoyo y sustento para no empeorar e ir por mal camino. Entiendo lo difícil que es el acceso a un tratamiento y medicación saludable. Hoy en día soy afortunada de poder mantener un tratamiento + contención dentro de un contexto bastante llevadero...pero sé que el día de mañana si se complican las cosas podría no tenerla más y nosé que sería de mí, la verdad. (Como en la escena de él con su terapeuta al perder su acceso a esa ayuda en salud mental). El visibilizar estas cuestiones mentales que aún no están del todo tan bien vistas en la sociedad me hizo aceptar más la realidad, tratar de mejorar y hacerle ver al resto que con ayuda se puede vivir con "normalidad", con mejor calidad de vida.

    • I disagree. I prefer Jack Nicholson's version. Every time Ledger licked his lips I wanted to smack him across the face with a cricket bat. Nothing to do with acting, I didn't think it was anything out of the ordinary.
