  • Useful hoe tip for skyblock worlds!! You can use a hoe on coarse dirt to make it into dirt. And if you can make a gravel duper with end portals, you can get infinite dirt :D

    • i like shears bc then i get the whole cobweb, which you cant get any other way you can also craft it into 9 string, so just 8 cobweb gives you over a stack of string!

  • There is actually a reason to put efficiency 5 on a shovel, because you can destroy faster than 4 when your under water or jumping and destroying at the same time.

  • I actually use the hoe a lot! Mainly for farming the Nether mushroom Nylium, apparently that's the most efficient way to mine those netherwart blocks!

  • I thought we got past the whole "don't waste diamonds on hoes" thing when they got buffed. If I need a bunch of leaves or saplings, I'm gonna use a hoe, and there's no way I'd waste silk touch or fortune on an iron tool.

  • Diamond hoes are actually pretty common in chests of mansions, pillager towers and bastions. So no need to craft one but it's always welcome if you need blocks that breaks faster with a hoe.

  • Tip for bedrock players: if you dont have a specific tool to break a specific block, just use your sword as sword breaks everything a little faster in bedrock edition

  • Eff 5 shovels does makes sense to have, since there are things that can slow down the time of breaking in Minecraft, such as being underwater, jumping, being stuck in cobwebs, etc.
