I've been going to the Current river since I was a kid and I never want to stop. This place is my happy place.... I feel it in my soul even now. The trees are whispering to me. I loved this high quality documentary. Thank you especially for including the credits and acknowledging the film-maker. My one criticism concerns the fact that the KZhead end-cards at the end obscure the credits, but with a bit of work, I found it possible to remove them.

This footage shows me the natural wildlife has been diversitying and the mounting, rivers, ground canion have been awesome, awe inspiring to me. Caucasian area has never been tainted by greedy human, hasn't it? If it is so, lets keep it, shall we?

I remember reading a book about the German invasion of the Caucasus in 1942. In the book, a German alpine mountain unit was attempting to scale Mt Elbrus & supposedly ran into a pack of several strange animals they described as looking exactly like American buffalos. When they returned to camp, no one believed them. I don't remember if they ever made it to the peak of Elbrus. Now I'm wondering if what they saw were Wisents?
